The media could not be loaded. Shout out to Kodak Photo Printer Support for EXCELLENCE in customer care. This company has the absolute best customer service I've encountered in a long time. This thing was a huge frustration and I was clear about that. They responded and offered to "trade" my yuk one for a new one. Their communication was courteous, respectful and PROMPT! They reached out after my complaint - within a day. And from there, communication was consistently excellent. I am so appreciative of my new printer! I have not gotten to try it out yet - I will this weekend and will add pictures. I just had to take a moment to send a huge shout out to Kodak Photo Printer Support | Prinics. #kodakcares #kodakphotoprintersupport #Prinic #kodak When I see or experience excellent customer care, I like to share share share the joy! First time I went to print, it printed yellow and pulled the page in to print magenta and stopped, then spat out a strip of ink-film with my yellow layer and apparently the ink cartridge was destroyed. I just got this, but its PERFECT. I was debating on getting a portable printer as I redid my room and wanted to hang up images on my corkboards, but printing with printer paper is... Not the best, as paper degrades faster and gets "bent" and "curled" while hung up during summer/humid months, and printer ink is so expensive. I caved and got this one, and I'm SO GLAD I did! it was super easy to set up (despite being a little nervous about it), only took 5-10 minutes to set up. It prints the pictures so easily and beautifully, and is just very nice! I recommend. ... show more

This printer is very handy and perfect for scrapbooking. Pictures print nicely but some pictures are not printing out as clear as the digit version, which is why I rated it 4 stars vs 5. Set up was easy enough that I didn't even need the instructions. I love how easy it is to store the printer away and easy to set up for next use. I am so impressed with this little thing. I actually think it’s better than using Walmart or CVS. I noticed flaws on my photos, one year I printed about 100 pics at Walmart and all of them had little red dots on them, I was making homemade picture frames for my family for Christmas and was sad that they all had those damn red dots all Over the pics. This printer is so high quality, and it’s fun to watch the pics print out since they go through the four color phases, it’s fun to watch the photos develop. For the price, I’d say it’s worth it. The convenience of printing at home, not having to go to a store and have people handle ur precious photos, and the quality is worth it. Only downside is it’s noisy. I don’t mind it at all, but it drives my bf insane. 😂 and each photo takes prolly a minute or so to print so it’s a little slow if you’re tryna print a ton of pics and the printer may overheat and need a break. I've been looking at this for a long while and finally purchased it during Prime days. I've printed a few pics and am very happy with the quality of this little printer. They come out of the printer with perforated borders on the short ends that don't always easily tear off so I've simply folded those under so as not to roughly tear the picture. Very easy to use, just download the app, choose your picture(s) and hit the print button. I'm glad I purchased this as I like to be able to see pictures around the house and not only on my phone. This printer makes it convenient and quick. Also bought some 4x6 magnetic frames so it's easy to put the pics on the fridge nice and neat. ... show more

The printer is easy to set up and easy to use as long as you don't lose your bluetooth connection. The photos are beautiful when printer. My only complaint is the "ink cartridge". The film is very flimsy and if it gets one little wrinkle in it, the machine will jam. I printed three pictures on my initial try. On the third picture, the paper got stuck and wouldn't come out. Then the film from the ink cartridge ripped as I was trying to remove the paper. So I had to throw the ink cartridge away. Opened another one and the film is not tight and will not load into my printer. So now I have wasted money on a photo paper pack that I cannot use. I'm very frustrated. ... show more
