Delivery mix up was handled beyond expectations. This is my second printer. The first worked well but developed a line down the middle of the photos. Couldn't figure out what was causing it. Hoping it was a fluke and this one works well. It is nice to be able to print pics at home.

This dock is very easy to set up. It’s a little slow printing and you need to know that after you press the print key, you have to wait until the circle completes around print. There’s an actual telephone number you can call for help. I had a sharper image one that no one knew how to fix. Yay Kodak!

I love this little printer. I use to go to our local WM, wait on an instant photo printer to open, then feel rushed the whole time I was printing. Now I sit at my desk and print photos on my time! I think it’s important to know, the ink cartridge do not last long. They are 40, 80, and 120 prints.

It took me a while to get the Bluetooth to work, but after that, I’m on a roll it’s great to pick a picture and send it and get a copy. No need to dock your phone. You can just send it to the system. Great pictures worth the money.

I've had this for about 2 years now. The photos are okay, not the best quality. They come out blurry and the images aren't very sharp and the colors come out washed but they look okay from a distance and if you don't look closely. The app is glitch, constantly needs updates and I am no longer able to print 5 at a time (you don't want to do this anyways because the printer over heats) I have to exit out of the app everytime to print one picture, and reconnect to Bluetooth each time which is annoying. Overall, it's just okay but I'm activly looking to buy a better quality printer. ... show more
