Super disappointed. Had high hopes despite bad reviews because it's Kodak. Name brand means nothing these day. Kodaks best days are behind them. Had this rush shipped, spent all day trying to connect to blue tooth. It connected for a few seconds and then dropped off. Could not get bluetooth to connect and printed from docking iphone. Fiddled with it for hours, got it to work but it died during the yellow pass and the print failed. Tried again after hours, not wanting to give up because of deadline and it started to print but died in the magenta pass-another failed print. Still determined to get this to work, it printed but with a solid yellow background that wasn't suppose to be yellow and all the colors were off and the color cartridge ribbon came out attached to the photo paper. The entire cartridge is shot. What a waste. Now I understand why this printer is on sale at discount. Wasted so much time and I will miss my deadline. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this because of two things. One because it’s Kodak and two I was looking for a dedicated photo printer. The only negative is I wish I could print one larger size than 4 X 6, 5 X 7 would be a nice option.

The seller experience was fine. The product is well made but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. You have to download an app which isn’t very straightforward. I’m still trying to get the app to allow me to actually print photos. Even after watching several videos on YouTube this thing is not that easy to figure out. Maybe it’s me. I’d like to think that I’m relatively tech savvy but this one has me scratching my head. Just sayin’. ... show more

    • A terrible manual and terrible help

I greatly disliked the one page of illustrations which was supposed to substitute for a manual. There was no other manual online to access. I emailed for help and also called for help. Took a week for an email reply which didn't solve an issue. Didn't received a phone call back. Poor, poor customer service. I still have questions on how to use this photo printer and issue is not resolved. When I did get it to work, the photo quality was fine. Have no idea how to get rid of chosen photos to print off the screen of chosen photos. Once printed, I don't need them on there and it could be an issue as the pics add up over time. The problem isn't so much with the machine itself, it is with product support both written and either online or phone support. There may be a glitch in the software but hard to tell as not sure how to work it. Boo on you Kodak! ... show more
