Didn’t get around to opening the box until the return window closed. Item is missing the key to open the sanitary wipe box and the mounting plate is bent. Guess I’ll open everything when I receive it from now on and check it.

We only needed two. Given their placement in airports and other public places, we knew this would work for us and did not want to risk another brand (even though several were less expensive.) The instructions are well written and specific. The mounting design is well thought out and easy to do.     • Great acquisition
As a mother and restaurant owner I recommend this brand specific changer. It makes changing diapers in public bathroom easy. My only recommendation is to hire a contractor to do the installation for safety reasons.

Just replaced a broken one in our restaurant, and the new one only lasted about 6 weeks before it got broken again (it goes to low that a child could roll out). We have it in a restroom stall in a family restaurant, and I suppose it's possible someone tried to sit on it. Have to figure out another alternative as we can't purchase a new one every 2 months. ... show more
