I absolutely love the look of this light and since I loved it so much I didn't mind spending a lot of money on it (it seems like a lot of money to me for a light at least) The "thick tempered glass shades" cracked and broke extremely easily. One arrived cracked, one cracked while putting it on, and another 2 cracked while no one was touching the light or near it 24hr after install. I was in my kitchen and heard the glass break and went over and saw 2 new cracks. I dont know how to get replacement glass sent to me either and amazon customer service is only concerned with the delivery. ... show more
