The case seems well-made and the interior is soft. Problem is it isn't long enough for the knife I got it for. Ad says length 17" (king size). Overall length is 16-1/2" and max knife length it will accommodate is about 14-14/12". I can use it for another knife, but a little disappointed.

I use this to store church warden pipes and it's great for that as long as you don't need to travel with them too often. It's a rather soft and flimsy case against abrasions and scuffs, but it will protect the pieces inside. It's the case that takes the damage. Works great for my Blackjack 12-9 Bowie. Extreme value! The vinyl coating I could potentially see peeling over-time, depending on how roughly it is used.
