This Knee Rover was a life saver for me. It arrived four days ahead of the actual delivery date. It was easy to assemble, took well under an hour. The ride is super smooth and very comfortable. It has big inflatable rubber tires that glide over slate tile and grout lines. It cruises on dirt trails, pavement, sidewalks, it never leaves black marks on the floors. All four wheels turn making tight turns in close quarters. I can go over sidewalk curbs fairly easily too. Recommend using the brake when you stop to get on and off the Rover so it doesn’t slide out from under you. The seat pad is very cushiony and comfortable. I added a bicycle bell to alert my Labrador when to move out of the hallway. I will be using my “Knee Rover” for a minimum of 12 weeks and it looks like money we’ll spent!!

I had a previous knee scooter that was not good quality—I almost tipped over and the brakes didn’t work well due to no tread on tires. The Knee Rover Fusion is very good quality. It’s well constructed, the brakes work well, and the tread on the tires allows for walking on rough terrain. I would give it five stars, however, the front-wheel steering radius is extremely limited. I got tired of the limited range so I started lifting the front tires and moving the rover in the direction I needed to go. This scooter is heavy due to the quality materials, so I was exhausted within the first 15 minutes of maneuvering myself around my home. The constant lifting caused me to have neck, shoulder, and back issues. I contacted customer support, and I was told when the unit is traveling at a slow speed, the turning radius is limited—not a smart design. Other than that issue, I had no complaints with this unit—despite how heavy it is. I felt safe and secure. Worth every penny.

I own a KneeRover quad all-terrain in blue and it is awesome. Everything about it is quality. The basket and extra knee cushion are consistent with the high quality of KneeRover. Since I am going to be on a knee rover for quite some time, I decided to get a fusion all-terrain for its ability to make tight turns. It’s turning ability are fantastic.. However, after spending HOURS adjusting, talking to tech support, and watching videos, I gave up in frustration, took it all apart, carefully re-packaged and returned it. The disc brakes are ridiculous and KneeRover should be embarrassed. The pads drag, chatter, and squeak. At night it makes enough noise to wake my wife. I am very mechanical, have an extensive shop, have designed and built tools and homes. No matter how much adjusting is done, to get the brakes to not rub, squeak, and grind, the pads need to move far enough from the rotor that the Parking brake does not hold. I was told by Tech Support that it is essentially impossible to not have the brakes make noise and they have tried many solutions with none of them yet effective. Until they can create the quality that I have found on other kneerover products, I would stay away from this device.

I love how maneuverable it is. The styling is great. The right brake comes loose constantly. It is a safety issue. Goes anywhere with ease. Very bulky loading and unloading. Super impressed by the customer service from kneerover. The scooter came with shipping damage and the sent a part immediately. For the cost, there are some fit and finish items that can be improved. The handle bars are never stable. A redesign in the locking mechanism and better handle bar assembly would be great. The brakes should be redesigned as the pads wear out quickly with daily use.

Having foot surgery is bad enough. Walking around with crutches is even harder, especially if you're older. I just love having this knee scooter. I've used knee scooters before. This one is so different and so much nicer. Love the air tires in the front. Having back brakes is so much nicer also. No sudden stops and flipping the scooter over with brakes in the back. Easy enough to put together. The hard part is already together so it's just assembling the scooter itself. With comfort....kneeling on my one knee puts strain on both my knee and my hip. Just using muscles I haven't used before. The more I use it, the easier and less straining it is. Easy to pack up to take to the store when I want to shop with my spouse. Glides like you're on glass when on the tile of a store floor. Haven't been in the yard yet with this. With the nice air tires, it feels like it should work great for me getting outside and enjoying the nice weather.

This knee scooter is practically unusable. The brake issues make this scooter difficult to push around and horribly embarrassing to use in public due to the noise. I’m giving it 2-stars instead of 1 because it technically does allow you to move around, but only just. I spent almost an hour and half putting this scooter together and following the online videos to adjust the brakes. Putting it together took approximately 45 minutes with two people. It would be possible to put together with a single person, but it wouldn’t be a fun experience. Once it was put together, I tried using it and found that the right back wheel was stuck, wouldn’t rotate, and made a horrible screeching noise when you attempted to use it. The instructions stated that if there were brake issues, to follow their videos to make minor adjustments. After spending an additional 45 minutes attempting to adjust them, I managed to get the wheel to move, but it still squeaks (although it’s perhaps marginally quieter), and the wheel only half stops on right side. After having wasted most of my evening I gave up on the whole process. Overall, this product does work if you need it to help you get around, but for the current price of around $500, costumers shouldn’t be expected to have a degree in mechanics to make the thing move when you want it to and stop when you need it to.
