I don’t usually leave reviews, but this pillow has truly helped me during a very difficult season. I frequently sleep in the hospital while staying with my baby, and anyone who has done that knows how uncomfortable and exhausting it can be. Between unfamiliar beds, long nights, and constant stress, getting real rest feels almost impossible. This pillow has made a meaningful difference. It keeps my hips and spine aligned and takes pressure off my lower back, even on hospital beds that offer very little support. It’s soft but still supportive, doesn’t flatten out, and actually stays in place throughout the night. Waking up with less physical pain has helped me feel just a little more capable during days that are already emotionally heavy. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Whether I’m at home or in a hospital room, this pillow provides the same comfort and support, and it’s become something I rely on. It may seem like a small thing, but when you’re spending nights by your child’s bedside, small comforts matter more than you realize. If you’re a side sleeper, dealing with back or hip discomfort, or spending time sleeping away from home—especially in hospitals—I would absolutely recommend this pillow. It has helped me rest better during one of the hardest times of my life.

Perfect for side sleepers

I'm a big side sleeper, and have always used bunched up blankets or a body pillow to try and make my knees more comfortable when i sleep. This little pillow has been amazing. Its so comfortable, elevates my knees perfectly, and because of that, i've been experiencing less pain in my legs, and little bit less of the restless legs at night. If you are an avid side sleeper, i'd definitely recommend this pillow.

Nice little knee pillow

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice knee pillow to use when you're sleeping on your side and need a little support. It's soft yet firm and keeps it's shape without any problem. It also does not make you feel hot, which is definitely a plus. It did take me a few days to get used to it, to find the right placement, and for my body to adjust since I had been using a regular pillow for support, previously. I toss and turn at night, but I haven't had any problem adjusting the pillow each time. The only thing I wish was a little different is if it was just slightly longer and a bit thicker - I think because I'm overweight, it would be a bit more supportive. But overall, I really like this knee pillow.
