This is an excellent pillow! The memory foam material is very comfortable to put between my legs when I sleep. It is an ideal size, as it doesn't get in the way when I sleep. I have begun sleeping on my side to help alleviate symptoms of acid reflux. Before purchasing this pillow, I did feel mild back soreness upon waking, but after using this pillow, I don't feel the pain anymore. It's okay. When you first get it positioned, it definitely offers some relief and feels like it's doing what it's supposed to – helping with that hip alignment. It's got a decent feel to it, and for a short while, it provides that cushioning. My issue is, it just doesn't stay put very well throughout the night because the foam is so weak. I found myself having to reposition it a few times every night I used it, and it tends to flatten out more than I'd like after a couple of hours because they used cheap foam. So, while it's good in theory and offers some initial comfort, it's not the set-it-and-forget-it solution I was hoping for. It's not bad, but it's not a game-changer either. I have used a similar pillow to this one for years but it always started looking dingy after a few months. I would wash the cover but it never looked clean and started pilling after wash number one. I got this one in the gray color and it is GREAT. Not only does it support my knees and hips while sleeping, but the color and pattern keep it looking clean! No pilling noted yet. I've been using this knee pillow for about a week now and I can definitely say that I feel a difference. I've been using a body pillow for many years and the difference is huge. The memory foam bounces back quickly. It is so easy to use and place in different areas. I mostly place it between my knees, but sometimes it feels a little better a smidge higher up. It comes with a removable cover, so it will be easy to keep clean. The design of this knee pillow is perfect for my needs. It functions well and stays in place. I vacillated between this one and a pillow with a leg strap. I am so happy I chose this pillow. I think a leg strap would feel cumbersome and irritating. This pillow works well at alleviating pressure and keeping things aligned. My hip and lower back are hurting less when I get up in the morning.
