I have sore kneel cap and want to find something to alleviate the discomfort and got this product. I like its soft texture and design. It has three levels of holes that can buckle the brace with different tightness. It has a hole in the middle to accommodate the kneel cap so that the strap can surround the muscle tightly. I definitely feel the supportiveness after I put this product on my knee. The only thing is the cap strap may not stick to the surface tightly and can come loose if it is not stuck at the right location. but it can be fixed by trying how to fastern it.

Complete crap. It slides down your leg in no time no matter how tight you get it. I got it so tight it practically cut off the circulation in my leg and even then it ended up down by my ankle in no time. Works ok for the short time its in place. save your money I threw it in the trash.

Works great at relieving knee pain but the velcrose( after about 1 month) wouldn't hold. Going to try another brand that is now on sale and highly recommended.

I liked the design of it on the site, however, it wasn’t suitable for my knee as it didn’t cover the inferior or superior part of my knee. It wasn’t suitable, as it was just covering the very middle of my knee. I agree with the people who said the Velcro wasn’t suitable. The Velcro wasn’t strong enough to keep the item in place. There needs to be more bracing, better Velcro, and a better design. I returned the one I purchased.

It really does help but the velcro doesn't hold all the time when being a little active. Comfortable and a good value for your money. Doesn't get hot like the others and it seems to help more...just fix the velcro, I am trying to. My husbands knees are really bad and when this helps that is saying a lot.

This item should not be sold on Amazon. It’s a scam. It’s shoddily constructed with straps that are connected by a single line of sewing. And once you connect the straps, the product soon falls down to your ankles. Why does Amazon allow items that get bad reviews to remain on the sitr? It’s undoubtedly to prefer profits over consumer satisfaction.
