I purchased this product and wore it three times. The quality was fantastic, the support was great, and it was extremely comfortable. The added strap worked wonders. Unfortunately, it did slip down on my leg. It probably wouldn't have been such an issue if I was wearing it with shorts where it could have been adjusted more frequently but I was wearing pants. I contacted the seller/company and they were extremely helpful, quick to respond and offered to send me a new one, a size larger, at no cost, while also allowing me to keep the current one. I purchased this sleeve as I have a deep miniscus tare and am awaiting surgery. By far, this is the best knee sleeve I've purchased to date. I followed the chart instructions regarding size and fitment and ordered the next size up as my measurements landed between 2 sizes. Upon arrival, I put it on and it fit perfectly. Quality appears top notch. It is comfortable and offers the support I need for light duty mobility - when a brace is not required. Highly recommended! I actually loved this sleeve the moment I put it on I felt instant relief and I know that sounds very much like a line, but I did. When I ordered I had doubts after reading the other reviews that seemed to good to be true, but a compression sleeve was recommended by my doctor. I have osteoarthritis in my knees. The size I originally ordered didn't not fit, when I contacted the company I was met with awesome customer service. I was informed that as soon as one in the size I needed became available it would be sent directly to me from the company and it was. The only issue I had was that after wearing it tended to roll down, but even after explaining that to the company i was still met with the same great customer service. After I explained to them what my issue was, customer service did something I never would have expected and left me with a deep respect for a company who rose above just making a sale. I sincerely hope this review will make you feel more at ease in testing this product even if you are unsure of making the purchase. If the rolling issue is addressed, I will definitely give them another try. ... show more

I feel like I have excellent range of motion with this brace; however, it is made of cheap material. The velcro ends of the wrap around elastic for additional stability picks/pulls the actual brace when it comes into direct contact. This brace does not roll down or move on your leg once in place; however, I feel it could be constructed out of a better quality material. I do not believe it will hold up long term to repeated use. This sleeve fit perfectly with good support but the strap with a little too short for my chunky leg. I contacted customer support. Customer support was excellent and will send a larger size at no cost. Quick response with nice resolution

I’ve had a chance to try out the knee sleeve (I’m actually wearing it right now, too) and I love it. I’ve had surgery on both of my knees and I’ve started trying to get back in shape, so I was looking for something that provides stability and reduces pain. This seems to be it! I also must say I’m super impressed with the level of customer service I’ve been receiving. Athledict emailed me after the product was ordered to send a digital copy of the instructions, and emailed me again once it was received to follow up and make sure I was happy with the sleeve.     • Very nice brace with small modification

Very comfortable and supportive, however the velcro does eat into the material badly. Plan to fix that by sewing on 2 inch elastic strips on each side of the top where the straps attach. Think this will fix the problem.
