I’m 6’3” 300lbs with very wide shoulders and I have not been able to find a mummy bag that works for me until this one. I haven’t used it any cold weather yet, but I am excited to use it moose hunting this September and be comfortable while sleeping

It’s stellar. It’s wide and long enough for a big boy (I’m 6’0, 225 with broad shoulders). I was in this bag in the Mendocino forest, minding my own business, when it snowed on me in the middle of the night. Never even knew it was that cold outside until I felt the snow hit my face and the down pour woke me up. Must’ve been raining/snowing for a while because EVERYTHING was soaking wet except me inside this bag. It’s warm, it’s roomy, and it’s perfect. I strongly recommend even if you’re not a big person. I also suggest not leaving the bag in the compression sack tightened up when not In use. It will mess with the feathers and they won’t be as fluffy. Warm, light, and comfortable. Compresses down to about a basketball size object. Used it for camping in the mountains of Idaho where the lows got into the teens. Paired with a sleeping pad I never got cold.

Love this bag! I used it on a back country hunt and it was wonderful. Kept me very warm and was light. When it was too warm, I unzipped the bag and used it like a quilt or blanket. Also loved how the elastic around the legs worked. Kept the cold air out and didnt restrict me from moving. I was really comfy in this bag. The bag is exactly what I have been looking for. warm, comfortable, and lighter than you would expect. The synthetic back panel makes so much sense, down insulation under you is just a waste of feathers, it is my experience that once down is compressed it is not insulative. so why would you want it under you?
