  • Great little mill
Perfect for hobbies or garage machinists like me. Quality of build is very good.

  • Look this mill over before you start it up. Check ALL of the wiring first!
As soon as I set the mill up there were issues. First, motor cut in and out and stopped altogether. After some investigation I found the motor brushes were in bad shape. Once I had the brush issue taken care of the motor started cutting out and would not come up to full RPM. I took a look at the wiring in the control box on the back of the mill and found all of the wiring connections there were loose as well. The motor is not the best and really loud. I'll be looking for another motor. Other than the issues I've had to deal with the mill has done what I need it to do. ... show more

  • A sturdy compact machine
A sturdy compact machine, wish i could afford another. Can't wait until I add the CNC Motors I ordered.

  • $150 off the day it arrived at my house.
I think amazon needs to rethink their policy on a lower price before item is delivered. $150 off is enough to complain, otherwise the milling machine works fine.

  • Not too happy
Pros: You have a milling machine now. Thats about it. Cons: Overpriced by 500 bucks. Its not worth that much money. Machine was delivered with broken electrical box because it was tumbling in the crate due to lack of securing it to the crate. Holes drilled not straight and in the wrong place, causing everything to be out of spec. Turning handles start to get jammed the closer you get to one end or another because neither the plate or the lead screw are in the correct position. Gear driven. Not good. Gear breaks and then good luck. If you have a 3d printer, you can print gears and i suggest you print few of them because they break easily due to chatter and stalling caused by the miss aligned drilling at the factory. ... show more

  • This is not a large powerful machine but it is great for the hobbiest.
I found this machine to perform within its price category for a small bench top milling machine. It is constructed very well for small projects requiring light feed, slow feed rates and tolerances.
