The media could not be loaded. The best idea is smart, covers a large portion of your back to support it and ease of putting it on are the key. It's a strong support, a few days into using it. It's starting to help my posture and the extra straps help keep the brace in place.

I got this to help with my posture. It's very adjustable with velcro straps. It's pretty stiff once you get it all adjusted. Adjusting it is kind of fiddly the first time around, but it pretty well stays the same after that. The material is pretty soft and comfortable. It is washable.

I received my KKM posture corrector and tried it on immediately just for the fun of it as I assumed it would only be needed when I have a back ached, which happens too often. First, it was super easy, even without looking at the directions, to adjust it to my 6'0 height and 205 lb buff body (lol on the buff part). I immediately noticed that my back felt relaxed without straining to keep the middle back upright. I said to myself, hey self this feels good why don't you and Wyni take a dog walk and see how it feels? So we did. Wyni likes to take off walking quickly requiring me to keep my arm out in front of me to hold the leash that pulls me forward. However, with this posture corrector, I could feel my lower back remain taut and my shoulders responded with a message to stand up straighter. The rest of the walk I found myself NOT struggling with lower and upper back strain, which usually turns to pain and shortens the walk. We continued for our 30-minute walk and I felt so good we extended it an extra 15 minutes. At the end of the walk, my shoulders and lower back felt like they got a nice strengthening work out and the usual end of a walk pain was not present. What a great tool this is to keep me from ending up looking like Quasimodo someday. I love this inexpensive solution to walking upright with good posture.

This posture corrector has been incredibly helpful, and I really like that it’s adjustable. Wearing it has really improved my posture and reduced back discomfort, so I am happy about that and especially during my workouts it gives that nice support.

I got the KKM Back Brace and Posture Corrector primarily to improve my posture. As I’ve gotten older I have a tendency to slouch when walking which could develop into a hump. I have tried other posture correctors that fit just on the shoulders and found them difficult to get on and adjusted without help. Once I got the KKM adjusted properly for my body, putting it on is no more difficult than putting on a vest. I wear it while doing my daily aerobic walking and find it quite comfortable. In addition to the elastic straps putting tension on the shoulders to pull them back, having the vertical rods along the spine provides tactile feedback so I know if I start to lean forward instead of keeping my back upright. I have only been using the KKM for about a week so it’s too soon to know if any permanent changes will result, but I can feel a difference in my posture when I first take it off. I have a size large and it is adequate for my 40” waist, but the size chart says it will accommodate a 49” waist and I question if the lumbar support straps are long enough to support 49”.

KKM Back Brace Posture Corrector for Women and Men, Adjustable Support Brace, Provides Support I found the sizing graph a little confusing, so I ordered the large figuring it is better to be too big than too small. The large fits a man's large but easily adjusts down to smaller, simply by over lapping the velcro more. This is very well made, with strong velcro. There are also four removable boning pieces in the back for extra comfort should you require less stiffness. It is completely adjustable for how much you wish to pull your shoulders back, and the shoulder straps stay put even when bending or sitting. They recommend you wear it for 20-60 minutes a day for 2-4 weeks until your back and shoulders gain muscle memory. Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I got the Large-8 and my height is 6ft and about 220lbs and this thing works great. It's a minimalist fit that basically straightens your upper back a bit while pulling back your shoulders. When you first put it on you feel a slight pulling in your upper back and shoulder and as the days pass the pull can get a bit uncomfortable because your back is being held out of it's normal comfort zone into a straighter posture. That pain eased for me after about 10 days as my posture adapted. I Honestly don't know if this could be made any better unless it was custom made. I included a 12" ruler in the photos so that you can gauge the size for yourself. For the Large-8 belt the useful running length of the belt is about 46" with the about 3" overlap for the Velcro, so you have to have a Gut size no bigger than 46" when you run a tape measure around your belly. The belt has two stiffeners running down the spine section, they are 14" long and feel like some sort of stiff plastic sewn into the belt, but I don't feel them poking me or anything. Overall I am very happy with this back brace.
