I finally used it for the first time yesterday. This is an essential kitchen utensil if you're a pizza or pie lover!. Of course, if you're shorthanded, all you could do is simply pull the pizza apart with your own fingers, but that makes for a sloppy mess with uneven toppings, which most probably know my experience. This worked great, is sharp enough to cut the pizza like butter and cut the pizza perfectly in slices or mini squares. I wasn't very picky about the color, and this is an extremely easy utensil to use, kids could use easy with adult supervision and gives them a small responsibility that makes them feel like they are helping with the meal.

I recently bought the KitchenAid Classic Pizza Wheel, and I’m generally happy with its performance, though it’s not without a small quirk. First off, the sharp blade is fantastic! It easily slices through pizza crust, whether it’s thin or thick, with minimal effort. The handle feels comfortable to hold, and it provides good leverage, so you don’t have to struggle to get through even the toughest crusts. However, I did find that the wheel itself is a little too big for my liking. While it’s great for large pizzas, it can be a bit unwieldy when cutting smaller pizzas or slices. This pizza cutter works great and was less that $6 shipped to my door. I like the guard on it and it's plenty sharp to cut through pizza and even pepperoni slices. I don't know what people are talking about saying it's not sharp, it's not suppose to be razor sharp or like a sharp kitchen knife but it has enough of an edge on it to easily slice through every kind of pizza I've thrown at it with no issues. Before this wheel cutter I was using a large knife to cut pizza which worked fine but just took too much time, with this wheel cutter it's quick and easy then I just wash it by hand when I'm done. Five stars from me!
