I was very excited when I purchased this sink the extra features it has seemed promising. It’s important to point out that there isn’t any instructions on installing the sink into an uncut countertop. You will have to guess exact measurements. After installing the sink I noticed that the tap water faucet was missing. I reached out to customer care and they made it seem like I didnt look properly for the part as their warehouse doesn’t make mistakes in sending out packages. I still have not received my tap faucet and have been forced to buy bottled water while waiting on the missing part. The electronic components work fine so far and seem to be sturdy. The sink itself seem to be made of a cheap material. I am a little concerned about placing anything too heavy in it. When the feature to secure the water in the sink is used it seem to leak a tad bit. If I don’t receive the missing part soon I will be returning this sink. ... show more

Part of my sink purchase was a cutting board and my cutting board has a few cracks in it and one that almost cut it in half. I am unable to use it and it is also warped. The quality is horrible. My product is damaged and I can’t get it replaced or refunded.
