The lips were not perfectly straight and flat. Had to hammer it with a rubber mallet to get it to form to the countertop so that there was no gaps between the countertop surface and sink lips. besides that, everything is beautiful. You have to put two pieces of wood at each corner and then hammer down to flatten out the lips. It came in with some great accessories and very well packaged to prevent damage. It gives our old kitchen a very nice new look!

I am very pleased with the quality of this sink and with working with FAUENPEEY customer service. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them. I had a request that they couldn't fulfill themselves, but they made sure I was taken care of. The only installation issue I encountered was that the back lip of the sink was slightly arched, which prevented the sink from fully seating on the countertop. I used a large crescent wrench and gently applied pressure on the lip, and it then seated perfectly. I would definitely do business with them again. P.S. I purchased this sink because, by far, it is made from a heavier gauge steel than most of the others and, at a better price point.

First, this sink is beautiful. However, the description fails to mention an important detail upfront: it has no track or rail, meaning you cannot clip or secure it to the countertop in the usual way. Instead, it must be glued in place. Second, there is no stencil provided for the cutout, so be prepared to measure very carefully and do some precise calculations on your own. Aside from these issues, it is a very nice sink overall.

Sink is super nice. I use it in my rentals. They hold up very well. Not a cheap stainless, very durable.

I gave the sink 5star because it was what I wanted. That being said it's well made looks beautiful and modern looking. Change the look of my kitchen now my wife wants me to change the cabinets. My only Complaint is the sink drain is poorly made had to buy new one.
