The rubber grip make this so much better than a traditional rope. Tricep pull downs and face pulls are so much more comfortable with this rope.

I got rid of my traditional rope with the half circles at the end because it was uncomfortable. The grips on this rope however are fantastically comfortable. My only gripe is I don't like that the rope is only 1 inch. My old rope was 1.5 or 2 inches which I liked much better. Overall, I would purchase these again and I am very happy with them.
