The fencing itself it great (it reminds me of a Rubbermaid-type material--heavy duty plastic, which is what we were looking for) but we had two issues with it, so had to return it. The issues: First, there are brackets for the tops to attach it together but there are none for the bottoms. The fencing is heavy and hard to manage while installing, because it's moving around at the base. It would have been much better, and stronger, had there been braces for the bottoms as well. The second issue was we were hoping to have this free-standing, as we were trying to place this on the cement around our pool equipment. There's no way it will stand by itself, unless it's pounded into the ground using the spikes it came with. Our garbage cans are also on cement, so we couldn't use them for that purpose either. For this reason, we had to return. Just an FYI, the seller, not Amazon, had to issue the refund, so it took about three weeks to get the refund.

Panels are 1. Attractive 2. Flimsy 3. More difficult to put together than one would think 4. Not wind resistent 5. Screws are NOT the tap type as described. We had to drill holes to get the screws in. 6. All necessary parts were in the box and nothing was damaged. We kept the panels because they do the job we needed them for and it was too much trouble to send them back
