These are cute controllers. I really like the look. They function well for certain games. I find that the gyro in them does not work as well as stock joycons, but this is to be expected. For example, they are not as responsive in Mariocart 8. Still functional, but if I had to make up a statistic they are only about 85% as effective, so you are less competitive on fast high precision games. But that is not what I bought them for. The kitty ears sometimes cut into your hands if you hold the joycons a certain way. That can be annoying. Overall, my kids like them. They are great for games like Animal Crossing, where cuteness takes precedence over extreme functionality. Battery life is about 85% of normal joycons. Again, I estimated this statistic and did not do formal measurements.

This is great for kids but I used it once for Mario kart and the joy sticks felt a little weird and it seemed like it didn’t want to react the same way as when I use the normal switch remotes. I could tell the difference when it was difficult to drift correctly, and I’m a great Mario kart racer usually.

Of course, it's the cat that caught my eyes. But it is much more than just cuteness. They have almost every functions of an official Nintendo controller except scanning amiibo. More than that, it has the turbo function and two macro buttons which are easily remappable. It can wake up your Switch which was hard to find in other third party controllers imo. They feel good in hands but not great. They are definitely larger than JoyCon but I do not know which I like better. I have tried many third party controllers and honestly I don't think larger feel better. It's a personal preference I think. The only con is that the stick is not as good. The diagonal direction needs you to push the stick far enough to detect. You don't feel it in most games, but you will feel it not as good in some games like Xenoblade 3. Overall, the con is not negligible but for the price you pay, it's still worth 5 stars and getting it.

Well... I have one HUGE issue... D-stick on the left gets stuck in the down position. I've ONLY used it for a short time & I'm ALREADY having button issues... 🤨 Otherwise I love it... plus it's pretty much stupid proof, that's always nice. Easy to use less annoying... yay. 😁 Oh... I almost forgot... pressing the D-sticks triggers actions on most games... too easily, I'm ALWAYS crouching unintentionally. It's annoying, so get used to it... just saying. Cuteness has a price. Lol
