I tried the Kinky-Curly Knot Today leave-in with the Curling Custard and I’m actually really impressed. The leave-in kept my hair soft and moisturized, and the custard gave my curls really good definition and shine. My curls came out super defined with barely any frizz. A little goes a long way with the custard though if you use too much it can feel a little crunchy at first, but once you scrunch it out your hair is soft and still defined. Overall I’d definitely recommend this combo if you want a defined wash and go that actually lasts. Just make sure your hair is damp and don’t overdo the product! ... show more

These products are amazing. I need a heavy leave in for my very curly hair and this combination delivers. My curls stay hydrated and defined for days. I use a mousse in addition to the leave in and gel. I get compliments daily on my hair and always recommend these products. Customer for life.

Not bad at all.....My hair was not only tangled it was bird nest in a few places....I was on hair styling hiatus for a few weeks. I digress, I used this as a detailed and had to work for about an hour to complete the detangling process, but it was well worth it. As a leave in, it worked perfectly as well... This perfect for curly hair and does not weigh it down. The curl last until next wash. To revive curl just spray hair with a little water re scrunch and it’s perfect again.

I can’t even say how many times I was recommended this brand and these products, so I finally decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, they just didn’t work for my hair. I have a mix of low and high porosity hair because of some damage on my ends, and neither product seemed to do much for me. My hair didn’t really react to them at all.
