Have been enjoying this Kinhank product for awhile now. Pros: The main thing is the kinhank box itself, and the games that come with the product. Huge library of games. Wife and I have been enjoying the heck out of this thing. Also, I had a slight issue with the micro sd card...contacted the seller on this...they were very helpful and my issue was resolved with them...so I'm very happy with how the seller was able to help. Cons: Like everyone else states...the controllers and sd card. All you have to do is order some other good reviewed controllers, and get a backup name brand micro sd card for the games when ordering this thing. Youtube and google will help you backup the card. You are buying this for the box and the titles you are getting...not for top quality controllers and brand name sd card. Be sure to always Shutdown the system before powering it off. Some titles on PS might be missing, but you can add your own later. Some titles on N64 might not run properly...but that's about it. You're mainly getting this thing for retro portability with so many games and emulators at a low price.

It does have a lot of games on it ready to play without any downloads, I am enjoying it but it does take a little getting used to navigating the menus. My wife appreciates that it is so tiny and does not take up any room on our fireplace, I put it under the T.V. on top of our fireplace.

This is pretty much what I had expected, after watching LOTS of reviews online. Just a couple of observations .. 1.) You need to hit the center button & "Start" to get out of a game. 2.) You use the B button for most things in the menu, not A. 3.) I CANNOT figure out how to add games to "Favorites" so I spend a LOT of the time finding the games rather than playing them. 4.) There are A LOT of files in here, and as expected a lot of repeats, bad copies & just non-working files.. But anyone who has ever bought an emulator like this should know that. 5. ) While the controllers included do work, they are not great. I had much better luck with a Generic Microsoft controller. All that being said, I am satisfied with my purchase. I got all the old 8 bit games I wanted along with a bunch of MAME favorites. And it is fun poking around to see what else is on here. Just be aware that the NEWER the game is, the less likely it will play well, and the majority of the PC games included are garbage. My best advice would be to watch one or more reviews of this on YouTube so you know what you are getting into. And be SURE to backup the SD card ... just in case !

Awesome. Only 3 start part would be the controllers. One day I’m probably just gonna buy something more quality to really get the perfect feel with each game. I shouldn’t be even giving a total receive: I haven’t even gone thru all the lists of consoles yet! Lol

Easy to connect! Has plenty of games, but just want to let you know it doesn't have the PS2, or the original XBox, or XBox360, so if you're looking for those on a console like this and you won't find it in this system, there are SO MANY other consoles. The arcade consoles are the best in this system, and they have like 20,000 games just in arcade games alone. Also make note they have games that have been hacked(modded) by just regular users who know who to mod games. They have hundreds of games for the SNES and GENESIS that have been hacked, but they are SAFE TO PLAY..they just been changed. For example: Sonic is in "Street of Rage 2" hack game, and there's a MARVEL game that is hacked that has alot of famous Sega characters in it fighting bad guys(side scrolling game). If you miss or enjoyed playing games during your childhood, and kind of miss it, then this is a great buy. DO NOT BUY those small "Sega Genesis" or "SNES" consoles that be at Walmart...get THIS console that has every game to every old school console!

Lots of duplicates. Some games don't work. And why does the Commodore 64 games take minutes to load? They are smaller than most phone games. No reason it should take three minutes to load a 100 kilobyte game. Flimsy SD card, so I advise you make a copy before too much play. Lots of ROMs. Most major consoles up to late 90's. Some classics. But with the buttons being different in the instructions, each game has a huge learning curve to figure out which buttons function to different uses or at all. Controller feels like like a cheap knockoff of a PS2 controller and requires batteries. Fun for a few hours. It freezes on some games occasionally and requires turning the box off and back on to reboot. Nice save game feature on most games that offered memory card saves. A gameshark (game genie) version of games would have been nice. Or computer games that didn't need a keyboard blocking half the screen.

This is a very nice retro console. It has more games than you could probably play in a lifetime! I previously put together RetroPi's , but this has more resources on it to run quite a bit more like the SNES games. Some of the games you have to tweak in the settings to get them to play a little better, but the software for this will let you customize a lot of settings. It takes up very little space compared to most gaming consoles. My only gripe would the the sd card adapter is a USB stick adapter (I can see this as you may want to 'side load' games from your computer). It would be nice if it also had an SD port on the main unit.
