    • Handy small vise
The vise itself was great. I also ordered the plastic inserts for the jaws and work fine, but narrows the width. The Amazon warehouse packaging people were pathetic. A vise is a precision instrument. It should be encased in Styrofoam and in a cardboard box. It was shipped in a soft plain gray package wrapper. As a a result of rough handling, the vise had two gouge marks on it, and the C- clamp handle was bent some. Fortunately the vise still worked with no issues.     • Doesn't have a good clamping foot
It's an ok little table clap style vise. Thr pad on the clamp it's self is about the size of a quarter. And the shadt is think and not real strong so be careful if you think you are going to be able to apply ample pressure.

Very well built. Good tolerances. Easily broken down for cleaning or maintenance. The threaded clamp post could be a little less janky, but when mounting with bolts or screws, I’m not too sure it makes a differance.

Very nicely designed and put together operates very smoothly. I put a few drops of oil in it and all the moving parts and joints to prolong its life. It really is an excellent tool.
