    • Fantastic Bakers Rack!!
Having read the reviews on various kitchen type cabinets/coffee bars, etc , I chose metal versus engineered wood. Not being very good at assembling items, reluctantly I tried to assemble this rack. It was EASY. The instruction were well written and easy to follow. The drilled holes lined up perfectly with their connecting parts. No special tools were needed...it was almost completely assembled using the tool provided. There was just 1 piece requiring a screwdriver. That was for the decorative shelf that is secured with 6 tiny screws. The rack seems sturdy and is perfect for my use as a coffeebar. The price was very reasonable and significantly priced lower than some of the engineered wood products. I did place a waterproof container under the coffee maker just as added protection from possible drips. This step should ensure the decorative shelf doesn't get wet and will continue to look fabulous for a long time to come. Amended review: I would like an optional metal wine rack to fit on the bottom shelf. Still loving this unit...very sturdy! ... show more

I just wanted to provide other perspective customers with an unbiased review on what I consider to be a fantastic product. Without a doubt, this product is EASILY worth the money. I purchased mine for $109.99. It arrived on time, and was very easy to put together. Everything was packed extremely well, and none of the parts and/or components had any damage whatsoever. I honestly would have paid $200 for this rack had I known it was going to be like it is, and at it's current price, it is a STEAL. It is sturdy, well made, and really we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for our location. My wife and I couldn't be more impressed or more happy with the way the product turned out for us. We were originally a bit skeptical to purchase a Baker's Rack around the $100 price point as we were nervous it wouldn't be the quality we were looking for, but consider us surprised, this is well worth the price and more. If you are considering purchasing this rack, I would highly recommend it. We were extremely satisfied, and I would be very surprised if you were not as well! ... show more

I have bought two of these bakers racks. They are very sturdy and holds everything very well. We place a number of cans and bottles on the shelves and they have not given way or tilted. Great buy at the price.

The rack arrived over a week earlier than I was expecting according to my order form. The rack was packaged vey well with no lose pieces. There were scratches on one piece. There were no instructions which i knew before purchasing it. I spent at least 20 min looking online for instructions without luck. Assembly was beyond easy. There's only two different screws so no trying to figure out what screw goes where. I started assembling it at 9:30 and was finished at 9:55. Keep in mind I was simultaneously watching TV then stopped shortly to answer a phone call. The main thing to know about assembly is there aren't any holes in the "Marble" piece but the screws go in easliy. It seems pretty sturdy. I haven't put anything heavy on it. I looks really nice. I used this to display my china and crystal. The black frame matches my black frame dining table. It was easy to assemble and the directions were clear. It is sturdy enough not to detract from the rating as I feel that it is a great value for the money.

    • Great bakers rack. Sturdy and pretty.
It arrived on time, with all parts and in perfect condition. The instructions were simple to follow to assemble. It fit perfect where I had expected to put it. I had hoped to put my bread making machine on the main center shelf and it fit there beautifully, however I could not open the lid, so it did not work out for me. What did work for me is I have a small electric oven that opens from the front and it fits perfect and I can use it right there on the rack. I have a very small kitchen area and I have quite a few small appliances, so this works out great to put those small appliances on the rack. They are now all in one place instead of scattered all over the kitchen and family room. Because the shelves are wire, I purchased stiff placemats, cut them to size for each shelf and put them on each of the wire shelves so that the feet of the small appliances would not catch or fall through. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen/family room. Love it. ... show more

I am very pleased with this purchase. First I am horrible at putting things together - but this was a relatively easy assembly. Took me about 1 hour going real slow. Installations instructions were okay - but some things to note: 1) When you do "shelf I" (Step 4) make sure the holes are to the back of the unit - I didn't realize the holes and had to unscrew it and flip it around - my bad 2) I don't know if I messed up or not but on the part that the fake granite shelf goes on two of the tabs that it rests on were bent - I had to use a plier and straighten them out - but that was no big deal. Once all the screws are tightened (all at the end very last step) the rack becomes very stable. Don't worry if it wobbles while your putting it together because the docs tell you not to fully tighten all the screws until the very end. I would purchase this again and would recommend it. I am going to try and attach my VERY FIRST picture ever to a review of my masterpiece - I will probably somehow screw that up though.. :). ... show more

    • Great easy to assemble baker's rack!
Kings Brand furniture has been easy to assemble. The difficult part was screwing the wood piece. That required someone to hold it in place while using my power screw driver. 7 out of 8 went in. It's still very secure. Although the mfg shouldn't use the term "marble" in terms of material because that's just the design of the wood piece. Everything else was so easy. The reviews about difficulty caused me to pause, but seriously it was so simple. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. ... show more
