Let's me just say that this smoker is a powerhouse. Shipping was quick and amazing. Set up was even better. It took no time at all to unbox this smoker and have it set up and ready to use. The burn in process was fast and easy and was ready to use before I knew it. The fist think I cooked was 2 pork butts and after a 7 hour cook it ran flawless. Not one issue. It held the temp perfectly and the pellet feeder never had an issue. Then the pork was finished my family said it was the best smoked butt they have had. Clean up was simple and now its sitting and waiting for the next smoke. I have an offset smoker that I use all the time but I will say, its time to retire it because this one is now my go to smoker. If you haven't tried this smoker you really should. Another great think I love about it is that the legs fold down and its an easy item to take on camping trips, parties, or sporting events. I was extremely excited to receive this product and was eagerly more excited to open the box. Once ordered, I received it the next day which was so impressive. I first noticed the eye catching display and the amazing craftsmanship. This is my first time using KingChii products and it won’t be the last because this smoker is built to last and has a sleek yet impressive look. Assembly was super easy and I was able to place it effortlessly on patio without it taking up excessive space. I was stuck between a gravity feed for around $200 more. I dont regret my purchase as this is portable and I'll be able to take it to other friends/family houses or camping. I've only used Kirkland pellets and the smoke flavor is mild to medium. I'm sure with other pellets and the possibility of adding some whole wood chips or chunks to the fire box would increase the smoke flavor. I haven't tried this yet. I was able to fit a 13lb brisket inside. Cooked for around 14 hrs and went though maybe 3/5 of the hoppers pellets. It doesn't come with anything for adding a 2nd rack but I can just buy a rack with legs if needed. I plan to do this for making jerky soon. It does have 2 threaded holes in the front for what I would expect to be a front table to attach. But it doesn't come with one and I can't find it as an aftermarket. I might bend some metal and make a DIY one if I'm really in need but so far I'm fine. ... show more

I REALLY like how well the smoker's electronic display shows an accurate temp. The control unit does a great job of regulating the feed of the pellets to adjust the temp as you specify. This grill was super wasy to assemble. The shipping was fast and I love the way it was packaged with care very strategically. I received all parts so I didn't have to reach out to customer service for anything. I love the design and how it seems that it'll be easy to clean, especially with the grease trap. I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day based on the reviews… bad decision. This thing won’t hold a temp. It jumps all over the place. It doesn’t put out much smoke either. I bought some of the best pellets (Recteq) as well, and still, nothing. Returning it.

The is the best smoker and I can’t wait to take it tailgating🥳 I really wasn’t expecting such a sturdy smoker at this price range. It was easy to build since every piece was numbered. It has wheels which makes it easy to move. Has a huge hopper so I don’t have to keep refilling. Has a no mess drip pan and grease bucket for less cleaning.
