This queen size Bedframe came just as seen in picture. Beautiful and sturdy no noise bed. Bed had a mild scent but after 2 days and aired out my room the smell went away. It isn't an over bearing smell. Just smell of the new bed from the materials the bed is made of I am guessing. My husband also loves the bed. He likes that it don't make noise and he don't wake me up in the early hours of the morning. He gets up very early and I don't feel or hear him get out of bed. So this is an amazing feature. It took him about 2hours to put bed together by himself. Without any issues or missing parts. I love the wood detail of the front legs of the bed. I LOVE the height of the headboard even adding my 14in mattress and 10in box spring my 65.7in headboard still has alot of height. Overall a 10/10 for us. I received my product in the mail, I was thrown off by the size of the boxes thinking "wow, how is that a whole headboard". Upon opening the boxes, and looking through the instructions, realizing the headboard was multiple pieces, with a very cheap, thin slip cover. Once the slip cover goes over the head board, there is a very very cheap lining or "padding" that goes behind the slip cover. This product was so poorly made, the full slip cover wouldn't even velcro closed. I fully packaged everything up, set up a return with the seller for a poor quality product and was then asked to pay the return shipping and that it would take them 4 weeks to get me my refund. CRAZY. This is a very large product to have a return on and have to cover their shipping charges when the seller can't even list the appropriate description on their product. I have never had such poor customer service with an amazon product. I highly advise against this product as well as this seller. ... show more

The bed itself is beautiful and feels very sturdy. It was easy to assemble with two people. The only issue we had was the headboard cover attaching over the top of the headboard. The Velcro strip had been installed in the wrong place so we had to add our own Velcro in the correct place so the cover would attach. I shared this with the seller and they provided us with a generous credit for the inconvenience. Would I buy it again, YES! ... show more

Pros: The bed frame is beautiful once it’s put together, and the tall headboard really makes the room feel more luxurious. I originally wanted the white version, but since it wasn’t available, I settled for the cream color, and I’m actually really happy with how it turned out. Overall, it feels sturdy and looks great in my bedroom. Cons: My biggest complaint is that the listing advertises this as having a “slipcover,” which is misleading. It isn’t a true slipcover that fully wraps the headboard or can be easily removed for washing. Instead, it’s just a piece of fabric that Velcros to the back of the headboard. Once that’s attached, you have to install the side wings by screwing them into place, so if you ever want to remove the fabric to wash it, you’d have to partially take the bed apart. I also ran into an issue where several of the pre-drilled holes were stripped, which made assembly frustrating. Lastly, both boxes arrived pretty beat up and were delivered on different days. That could have been due to the shipping carrier or my apartment complex, but it’s still something to be aware of. Overall, I really do like the look of this bed frame and I’m happy with how it turned out. I just wish the product description was more accurate about the “slipcover” feature, and the quality control during manufacturing could have been better. ... show more
