We ordered this mattress for our guest bedroom to replace an older worn-out mattress. I didn't expect much for the price, but I was very pleasantly surprised! It's actually very comfortable. There are coils on the lower part of the mattress, with a memory foam upper portion. It comes vacuum-packed in a box, and includes a letter opener (a nice touch to avoid damaging the mattress) to cut the plastic wrapping. A word of caution- make sure you have a large area to cut open the plastic, because as soon as the plastic is no longer containing it, it literally "pops open" to full size. It was fun, but a little alarming lol! After it has expanded, you'd never know that it's a "mattress in a box". It's definitely not light-weight, and it's very much like a hybrid mattress you would buy in a mattress store. It's supportive (with its coils), yet soft. I actually like it better than the $2,000 mattress in our master bedroom. I realize that bed comfort is subjective, but our guests have commented on how comfortable it is. Glad I found this!

This is a very good mattress. It's super comfortable to sleep in. I like the thickness of it. I'm surprised that the shop doesn't carry this size mattress. Any more, when it comes to it being a 10 inch, that being said, I love the way it's designed. I love the way it was made again. It feels very comfortable to sleep in.

When I say patience, I men give it 36 hours or more. It comes vacuum packed into a very compact package, and when unpacked looks like it will never become a mattress. But soon it plumps up, and really becomes a great mattress after a day or two. Once it gets up to full size you'll have a very soft, supportive mattres0s. It's at least 12" thick and the pillow top makes for a great sleeping surface. My only complaint was the price, which was $210 when I ordered it. If you can find it with a coupon it's a five star item, but even at full ptprice it's a great mattress.
