This is a really good mattress, and a fabulous value. It's quite plush on the top, but firmly supportive underneath the top layer. As a combination stomach and side sleeper, I greatly appreciate this. When I'm on my side, I like the plushly soft top to give a little bit where my pressure points are (like hips, shoulders, etc ) But when I'm on my stomach (or back, for that matter), I definitely don't want the mattress to "bow" into a curved shape, putting strain on me, and aches and discomfort after a poor night's sleep. This mattress is quite solid and firmly supportive under the plush top, and it certainly doesn't bow. The one area where it might improve, is edge support. It's by no means terrible. But there is definitely substantial "give" on the edges. Everything about shipping, unboxing, it expanding... all of that was first-rate. I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm glad I bought it, and I recommend it. (I bought a full size for my teenaged daughter, but I've been trying it out for a couple of weeks first.)

This mattress came completely scrunched down in plastic as they all do and it arrived safely I didn't notice any real odor when un wrapping it. In terms of comfortability, it's extremely springy you definitely feel like you're laying on a cloud of coils not in an uncomfortable way but very bouncy I don't really know how else to put it. I'm not uncomfortable on this and I have the twin size I'm 5 ft 10 in tall approximately 315 lb and I feel like it supports me well. I think overall I can recommend this mattress of course depending on the state of your back you may want something that is quite a bit firmer that is not this piece. I will say though when I sit on the edge of the bed it doesn't squash down into a pancake like a lot of cheaper mattresses it seems to hold my weight just fine. I have only been sleeping on this bed for four nights so who knows what the future holds. But as for now overall I would say for a small child up to my weight the mattress seems to be acceptable.

We have had it for three months now and it has shown no signs of wear or sinking (and my partner is 6’4, 230lbs). We comment almost every single day how comfy it is. I am very picky about my mattresses. I like them to be plush and soft. I am a side sleeper so support in the curve of my hips is very important. I am very pleased with this mattress. It inflated to the proper height, there is no smell to it. I will say that I ordered a 10 inch bedframe and it looked too low. So I added 2 inch risers to the bedframe and now the height of the bed is perfect. So I would suggest a 12 inch bedframe with this mattress. But the comfort is perfect. Very pleased And highly recommend

I was hoping this mattress would work for my nephew's bed. We gave it a few days to expand and upon using it a few nights have found it to be unfit to be called a mattress. Offerring less support then even the most inexpensive generic store bought mattresses. The edge of the mattress can be pushed down with just a single finger. Springs can be felt through the mattress top. Im unsure how the mattress ahs received such good ratings on Amazon. My expectations were very low as its very inexpensive but this product shold not be sold as a mattress as it will surely harm your back.

I bought this mattress after having stayed with my sister who had one. I have had better nights sleep on this Dourxi than on one that cost me $1000. It's firm and supportive. I haven't noticed any wear or breakdown of any material. I am a large girl and would definitely buy again. Highly recommend.

I read ALL the reviews. I did my research, but in the end I needed a queen size mattress in a hurry and with a bit of apprehension I selected this one. It arrived really fast in PERFECT condition! It's HEAVY. I had to have help getting it out of the box, and up onto the frame to unroll it. It unrolled and puffed up exactly as described. I didn't touch it for 72 hours! It's BEAUTIFUL, looked PERFECT, felt, by hand PERFECT. No chemical smell at all. After 72 hours I put my mattress cover on, pad on, sheets, all the stuff a bed needs. WOW so impressive. Here is where looks can be deceiving. When you sit on the EDGE of the bed, you immediately realize that there is NO support to any of the edges. Your feet better touch the floor because they will be the only thing that keeps you from falling off the edge of the bed. You will slide right off. Once you get off the edge of the bed and get into the MIDDLE of the bed it is really comfortable and the pillow top in incredible. It has almost no motion and it just perfect. I mean really it's fabulous. but when you roll towards the EDGE, HANG ON....because if you don't you will roll off the bed. I had to laugh. My son came in and we stood there looking at the bed laughing together and he said it must be made for a single person that sleeps in the middle OR maybe a coulple that likes to cuddle because if you get near the edge they will fall off. Here's the thing though. IF this mattress was in a frame, you wouldn't have this problem.IF this mattress was on the floor it wouldn't matter then it would be PERFECT. It really is comfortable in the middle. But the edges just have no support at all. You can't return it. It's a mattress. I ended up using this mattress for a couple of weekends for a single person that slept in the middle (I gave them a warning about the edges), then I bit the bullet and bought a real mattress and had this one hauled away.
