This mattress is excellent! The height is more than enough (at least for the frame I got). I gave it over 72 hours to expand just to be safe, but it appeared to be fully expanded around the 30-35 hour mark (the top cushion part is what took the longest). I used to have back pain from a mattress that was too soft, this mattress has the perfect amount of support. It is firm but with just enough give to be comfortable. The reinforced sides work, see the second photo attached to my review where I am pressing on the edge. Overall, I have no critiques about this mattress, it is great.

5 stars all day long! Wasn’t really sure what to expect from a mattress in a box, but y’all! Haven’t slept this great in years! The mattress came rolled and compressed in a box, wrapped and protected nicely, easy to open and “inflate”. Once it was opened, they advise 24-72 hours for it to take shape, but we let it sit while we put the new bed together and it was ready to go once we were finished (abt 2.5 hours) - super easy set up! No weird smells - no smells at all actually, and we got the 16” so I can only speak on how comfortable that one is - nothing short of amazing! Woke up this morning and my 42 year old back feels 25 again LOL - no pain!!! We got the grey one - looks great! The mattress is a littl bouncy, but when sleeping, couldn’t feel my husband moving around. Unforunately I didn’t get a picture of it before my husband was putting the bedding on. All in all, 10/10, definitely recommend! (Even got the mattress a day earlier than expected - bonus!)

We absolutely love it! So comfortable and plumped right up! My dog was not happy because it was thicker than our last mattress so she can't jump right up. We got her an ottoman so she can hop up and now we all sleep like babies. Even if your dog disagrees spend the extra money and get the 16 inch.

Okay I was super skeptical about buying this mattress just bc it’s inexpensive, so I assumed it would feel kinda cheap. I was definitely wrong. I LOVE it! It’s just the perfect mix of soft yet firm. I also love the color of it lol I usually have back and neck problems when I wake up the next morning, but I slept amazing and had less pain after sleeping on this mattress. DEFINITELY worth a buy!

I was pleased with how easy it was to unwrap and how fast it took shape. It did have an odor when first opening. The bed firmness is lacking and the sides slant down easily if you sit/or lay on edge of the bed. The coils are easily felt through the mattress and I do not think there is much memory foam at all. I have chronic pain and bought this mattress because of the description and great reviews. The size is suitable. After one night on this mattress my back hurts worse than normal.
