Before spending 3,000 plus on a new mattress we took a chance and ordered this mattress. we unpacked it and let sit on frame for three days before sleeping on it .The mattress is firm (which we prefer)but very comfortable and the quality is excellent . We have been sleeping great are very happy with our decision to try this mattress before spending thousands!

We wanted a firmer mattress. After reading the description and reviews we took a chance. Easy to open waited the recommended 72 hours to sleep on it (really didn't look like we had to what that long). It's not a pillow top so it is firmer and very comfortable. It is as described in the the write up and certainly worth the money so far.

I am glad that Amazon was able to help with refunding me for this horrible mattress. This mattress was supposed to be a hybrid spring and memory foam mattress. This mattress was supposed to be firm and it is not firm at all it is like a giant marshmallow. Not only that the biggest issue is this mattress never fully expanded after 4 days and that had in foot of the mattress are caved in. So the top half on the foot and head of the bed are hanging over the bottom part of the mattress because the ends are caved in. Almost like the Springs inside were bent in half I'm guessing this is probably because of the process of rolling the mattress up and putting it in a box. I have bought other mattresses in a box two or three of them and haven't had these issues. I do not recommend this mattress do not believe the good reviews because it's a pile of crap. Move on and buy something else.

I was a little skeptical about buying a mattress in a box...but to my surprise...it's a very good product! Really good firmness! There are a few irregular spots...where it's not quite 12 inches...but it's incredibly comfortable and can compete with any $1000 mattress I've purchased in the past! I won't be paying that much for a mattress anymore!

Wow, that's all I can say. So comfortable. So glad I didn't go by some of the reviews as I am surprised this mattress would get less than 5 stars! Firm but yet contours your body. Best sleep I have had in years.
