I’ve had/used this mattress for about 3 wks now. It’s an ok mattress, a bit uncomfortable for us, had to buy a memory foam topper. Does not retain heat which is good. Has great support and it’s a great value for your money. I deducted a star because I ordered the 12” and I guess I received the 10” (box was not labeled) because mine never expanded beyond 10”, after letting it be for 72 hours.

Absolute junk mattress, very soft and uncomfortable, side of matters doesn't have any support you can feel spring when you sit on it, no chance to return once matters is out of box. Do yourself a favor and buy something little more expensive and better quality.

The great reviews and 4.5 star rating made this product seem very promising but in the end it did not inflate to the full 12 inches it is supposed to inflate to. The instructions say to wait up to 72 hours which we did. In fact, we waited even longer because we went out of town for Christmas. So it’s been about 5 days now. We came home to see there was no progress at all. It is still at 10 inches inflated which is what it was at when we left. Very disappointed and frustrated with the idea of the hassle of returning it as I have no idea how I’m supposed to send back a king size mattress. ETA: After actually using the bed, I am quite satisfied with the product. If you don’t mind the possibility of it not inflating fully, then this is a really good deal especially if you need a good, convenient option until you can invest in something else. I haven’t had any other issues. If you’re someone like me who doesn’t have a truck and you really need a bed, this is an awesome option. It is delivered to you in a box and it’s so easy to set up. If you have the space, I definitely recommend getting the King size.

The mattress was okay overall. It inflated quickly and didn’t have any unpleasant odors, which was great. The box was heavy but manageable. Sleeping on it was comfortable at first, but the major issue is the sinking. Both my partner and I found ourselves sinking almost halfway into the mattress, which made it less supportive than we’d hoped. While the price is fair for what you get, the sinking was a dealbreaker for us. If you prefer a firmer mattress or need more support, this might not be the best option.
