The bed arrived packaged well. Was really easy to put together. The instructions were easy to follow and understand. The bed is perfect height for getting in and out of bed. It is very sturdy and the charging ports are very convenient. We love the choice we made for the bed.

Bought this bed for my daughter for Christmas. It was fairly easy to put together, but the instructions that came with it was poorly written. You definitely need 2 people when putting certain parts together. The bed is quiet and very sturdy. Overall, we are pleased.

I was so excited to get this and finally put it together last week! Easy to assemble however it broke the first week! Now I'm stuck paying for a bed frame that I can't even used! Very, very disappointed!

I got this for my 2 girls. I ordered two of the full size frame and the mattress my girls had fits good on it. The quality is okay. The material is nice and when the whole thing is put together, it looks nice. I do wish the frame was a little bit more sturdy. Instructions was a bit confusing but I figure it out. It's looks nice for kids or guests room, wouldn't recommend for older adult room.

As a solo female assembler with minimal experience, but a good brain and patience, this took me about 2 hours to unbox and put together. All the parts are well labeled and logical. I struggled in a couple places with alignment, but was able to problem solve with loosening and retightening in different places. They send screws for a couple places where it comes with screws, so I had extra. In the end, it looks great, with a 12" mattress, it's pretty high, but I'm happy with the overall look. Hasn't made a squeak or sound. The charging station is handy. Great value for the $.
