However, in the set up of the bed, we realized that one of the rails was incorrectly manufactured and did not match up with corresponding rail. I contacted the seller and their support service was outstanding. They quickly sent a new rail which I received within a week. This is a great product. Was having an issue with assembly and needed help…. they reached out and were very easy to communicate with and were apologetic and understanding…. They did not hesitate to resolve my issue… I bought 2 identical beds …. The beds are great value for money…. It was nicer than a more expensive option I got elsewhere for another room …. Check them out!! My daughters love their beds !! I will post more detailed pictures once they finish setting up the rooms and stocking the drawers ... show more
