This worked great for 3 weeks then the power supply just started to intermittently turn on and off randomly. This is a POS. I shouldn’t be replacing a power supply in 3 weeks!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not to mention I ordered it and received tracking info but UPS hadn’t received the package until I reached out to the seller two days from delivery date. Had to ship it 2nd day air? Someone apparently doesn’t know how to run a shipping department. Follow up on review. This is no where close to new. This I after having to take this to geek squad. 1 bad power supply 2 software was corrupted 3 Ram is corrupted/damaged 4 cooler doesn’t work properly 5 CPU is a Gen 6 (currently the cpu is in Gen 14 production) 6 best part was sold as new This company sells refurbished computers not new and are frauds. Currently I have a $580 boat anchor. Also they closed return time at 28 days, not at 30 as it says in the information. You can’t reach the seller, they don’t answer the phones. My son loves it. I'm thinking about picking one up for myself. This has great performance. He of course uses it for gaming and it is smooth in response. The build quality is nice as if you built it yourself. It's super quiet, and worth every penny.

    • Do yourself a favor and do not buy
Don’t fall for the shiny lights. This thing is an absolute piece of junk. My computer stopped working after a little over 2 months. Amazon will not allow me to return. The fans boot up fine, but I am not getting any output to my monitors or usb ports. I tried taking out and reinserting the ram. Does not work. In the end, I just ended up buying a much nicer PC. ... show more

    • Gfx card crashed a lot
Edit: This is the worst card I've ever purchased. I'm officially done with AMD. Edit 2: If you plan on using this of for gaming, with modern games, which it can run, just not at 100 plus fps, you have to turn on Radeon Chill. It allows you to set max frame rate which stops the crashing. Not sure if the card is used, but the first day I set it up, the card crashed when running an older game, the Witcher 1, and this card has decent test in games like cyberpunk, that's awkward. Edit: Card crashes when temps are at 50 and 50 GPU usage, I'm playing the Witcher 1 with and metrics overlay on. Wow, this is the first prep built I've bought that has had this issue. ... show more

    • A disappointment in making.
This computer stopped working after six months when I first started using it. Everything looked fine up to point when it crashed. Maybe there was something wrong with the CPU or power supply unit.
