This is a firm mattress. This is not a bad mattress. Just a firm mattress. My husband and I don't like for a mattresses and from the description it felt like it might be a little bit softer. It wasn't so we moved on to adding a memory foam pad and a pillow top. I like it soft. If you like a firm mattress you should get this mattress. I spent an extra $200 making the mattress of my dreams and it's worked out. To me this is a four-star mattress. It does neither sing nor dance nor vibrate it's just a mattress

The media could not be loaded. I'm very pleased with this mattress. It's firm but not too firm. Much better than what I was expecting. It had no odor when it was opened up. I've never ordered a mattress without trying it out at a store, and was very nervous about this but I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice quality. It does not collapse on the edges when you sit down on it, which was something I was worried about also. It’s comfortable and quiet and doesn’t have a weird smell. I’m glad to buy such a good mattress at the price. It’s affordable and beyond my expectations.
