This mattress outshines any other mattress my husband or I have ever owned. I was generally pleased with my previous hybrid Linenspa mattresses, but my husband was having some discomfort related to his arthritis, so I decided it was time to try something different. I took a gamble on this one, mainly due to the price and the firmness level, and I’m so glad I did! As I sat on the edge and got into it for the first time, it felt very soft and I was like “oh, no”, BUT as soon as I laid down some kind of sorcery happened and I felt firmly, but gently supported. When my husband tested it out later that day, he experienced the same thing. I don’t know how they did it, but it’s the perfect blend of firm support and gentle cushioning. My last mattress lasted 10 years and gave me severe back pains. This mattress feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. So good. My back is relieved of the pressure and discomfort. I did give it 4 stars because there’s no edge support. It’s very easy to roll right off.

Just 2 weeks of having this king size mattress. Best sleep in a long time. It didn’t have a smell when released . It unfolded perfectly with no lumps right away. So far so good Update: still loving this mattress. Thought I’d point out in how I un packed it. Laid it on the bed and slowly cut it layer by layer (plastic) not too deep to avoid cutting the mattress. At some point it popped open like a can of biscuits and I fell off the bed.lol. No cuts though. Was pretty even, no lumps. Still waited 2 days to make sure. After 2 months it’s damn near perfect still. Just a slight no support at the edge if you’re one that sits on your bed like that. But no problem here since my bed is high and I’m short. ... show more

This is an amazing mattress for the price and size! It is a mattress in a box, so it is wrapped in plastic while rolled tightly. When I removed this mattress from the box, I left it in the plastic to unroll. After removing the plastic ,WITHOUT SCISSORS, I found two small rips or cuts in the mattress, one on the end and one in the very middle of the mattress.
