I was hesitant about ordering a mattress online because I knew that I'd never be able to return it if I didn't like it. I mean, I could but it would probably cost a fortune to ship it back. So I decided that if I did this, I'd have to keep it and find a way to make it work, no matter what. Luckily, I'm really happy with it! Typically I like a much firmer mattress. This one is not firm, but it's not overly soft either. I do sink into it some, but it's also very supportive and I have noticed that I do not wake up with any back pain, or hip or neck pain, none at all. I sleep very soundly on it, rarely even waking during the night at all. I have been sleeping on it for just over a week now and I'm glad I took a chance on it. Who would have imagined that a full mattress could be compressed down and rolled up into a skinny box like that? I have to note that the box was VERY HEAVY and I couldn't handle it myself, especially getting it up to the 2nd floor where our bedroom is. My husband had to bring it up for me. But it was easy to get it out of the package and it was fun watching it re-inflate! It seemed to be fully back to shape in a matter of hours, so I went ahead and slept on it that first night, no problems with it. As long as it holds up well over time, I would absolutely purchase another of these! 6 Month Update: I have been sleeping on this mattress every night for the past 6 months and I'm still really happy with it. I haven't noticed any sagging or dents forming at all, even on the edge where I will often sit to put on my shoes, etc. This mattress cannot be flipped to the other side to prolong its life, but I have rotated it once just to avoid compressing it too much on the same side. Great value for the money! (Now, if I could just convince my cats to stop trying to use it as a scratch pad!)

One the most comfortable I’ve ever bought, it’s firm but also soft, good to sleep on, it gets dirty easy tho so be careful

First of all, let me say I love this mattress! That being said, this is the first mattress I've ever bought that came in a box. When I got it I opened the box (it's heavy, about 62 lbs I think is what the description says) and got that all out of the way. The mattress was wrapped in plastic, allot of plastic. I moved it to the room where I wanted it and began removing the plastic, did I mention there is allot of plastic? Once I noticed that it was starting to open up I lifted it onto the bed, dark side down, and finished removing the plastic. Then I came to the actual plastic bags it's in. I laid it on the bed how I wanted and used the little opener that came with it to carefully cut all around the bag until it was completely open, then I pulled the bag off and let it breathe. It fluffed up quickly but I let it set on the bed for a couple of days to let it completely "open". It's a very nice mattress and soft to lay on but firm enough so you don't sink into it like you would with a mattress that was all memory foam. Then a started putting the bedding on it and the bedding fits just like it does my other queen mattress. I'm very happy I decided to give the mattress in the box a try, definitely at least 5 Stars. Oh, I got the 10 inch, I can only imagine that the taller options are even more plush!!!

This is great mattress, but as others have stated the mattress never rose to 10 inches. I will say I was able to move the boxed mattress into my bedroom myself. My 12 year old helped me carry it up the stairs to the main floor. Once I assembled the bed frame (which was easy and fast) I unpackaged the mattress on top of the frame and once in place I let the mattress sit for 72 hours. The mattress rose to 8 inches almost immediately but never got any higher. I have slept on the mattress two nights so far and it is comfortable. It is much softer than my previous bed and states that’s medium- firm but it’s not as firm as I expected. I decided I would keep an open mind and I have much less back pain then normal. I thought the cooling aspect would be a joke especially after adding a mattress cover and sheets. I was definitely wrong, I sleep with three dogs, and I’m always waking up sweating…. But not the last two nights. I don’t climb into bed and think wow this feels cool, but I’m not kicking blankets off an sweating. Shipping was great. Amazon dropped the box at my front door the box was well taped and there were several layers of plastic around the mattress. There has been no odor and definitely no bugs.

I’ve had this mattress for 2 years. It’s too soft, and after only a few months it started to sag. Now, it is almost impossible to sleep comfortably on this mattress. There are indentations, major sagging, and the top padding is crumpled looking. I’ve also only ever purchased budget-friendly mattresses, so I didn’t expect perfection. I really wish I had looked into getting a refund like I had wanted, I just didn’t want the hassle of it. Knowing what I know now, the hassle of trying to get a refund would have been much better than having such an awful mattress! If you’re looking for a mattress that’ll give you a decent night’s sleep for a couple months, you may enjoy this mattress. Otherwise, keep looking.

I've had this mattress for almost two months now and it is SO COMFY, I got a queen which was a big upgrade from my previous twin. I don't like the extremely squishy mattresses because they make my back hurt but they can't be too firm either and this is a perfect in-between. I get great sleep in it and don't experience any pain from it, though it can be hard to get out of because it's so comfy. It came rolled and vacuum sealed so it was easy to plop it onto the bed frame and unroll, give it at least half a day to completely inflate (I tried it out immediately and it was still wonderful). 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a great bed at an affordable price. Love it!
