I paid a professional gas person to install this and wasted a lot of money as it had mixed parts that didn’t fit and allow it to work. The parts given clearly did not fit the burner. Even I could see that. I called to Amazon to let them know and someone from company was supposed to call me back as this was a non refundable item Due to hazardous parts? Anyway. I never got a phone call from the company and never a refund. So o paid the gas guy to reconfigure putting on a pipe direct to set to light manually. No remote. No adjustable flame. Pretty much just using their logs which are average. I would not ever use this company for both faulty product. Can’t send back and also that after calling Amazon, they never contacted me. Ever! Waste of time and money. I would think Amazon should not let them sell on their site. ... show more

Product works great. I have Had it installed for a year and a half and has been solid. Batteries ran low to receiver box and voltage under 9 volts wouldn’t open solenoid at control valve. Very quick response from seller. Put in 4 new AA batteries and is working great again

This is a nice fireplace gas log kit. If this kit was the price of most of the sets you’ll find it would probably be 4, maybe 3 stars. But at approximately 1/3 the price it’s definitely gets a 5 star rating! Plus it’s easy to install! I can't imagine why a similar product would cost ten times as much. This was easy to install, looks great, and really helps radiate heat into the room. Provided instructions were clear and concise, even down to stacking the logs.
