I have been using this mattress for days, and I can confidently say that it has significantly improved my sleep quality. Before purchasing it, I was struggling with a mattress that was too firm and thin, causing me to experience back pain and overheating during the night. But after switching to this mattress, it gently cradles my body and I wake up feeling well-rested without any back pain. It's soft but also it gives me enough support. Its temperature regulation is also really good. Unlike my previous mattress, which would trap heat and cause me to feel uncomfortably warm, this mattress keeps me cool all night, and I won't feel any uncomfortable warm. Furthermore, it looks impressive and the plush enhances its luxurious feel. Its 14-inch thickness is another feature that I absolutely love, sleeping on such a thick mattress makes me feel safe. This mattress is really expensive, but I have to say it's worthwhile. A cheap mattress may lead to uncomfortable feelings and back pain, just like my old one. Considering the cost of pain treatments and therapies, I will choose an expensive and comfortable mattress just like this one. Also, its delivery speed is really good: it arrived a week earlier than expected, which was a surprise to me.

I purchased this to replace my old bed-in-a-box mattress that I loathed. This mattress surpassed my expectations! It felt like a luxury hotel mattress. It’s both plush and firm, so it feels soft but has enough structure to be supportive. I would absolutely recommend this!

We have an extended houseguest coming soon and needed to furnish a guest room, so I figured I'd give this a try because I feel like throwing a basic memory foam mattress in there was a cop out. First, this thing is heavy. I somehow got it up the stairs, unpacked, and on the bedframe by myself. I do not recommend that. The box says TEAM LIFT for a reason. Obey the box. It is also very thick we're talking THICC. It's a full 14 inches, make sure your linens accommodate thick mattresses. The quality is very good. It's attractive to boot, not that anyone really cares how fancy the mattress looks. Lastly, please understand when they say "soft medium plush" they are saying "you will sink into this mattress like Artax in the Swamp of Sadness." I've never felt like a mattress was going to swallow me whole before, but this was close. Keep in mind I am heavy (200#) so your experience may vary. I would recommend this if you have the internal frame of a bird and / or do not sleep on your side or stomach. Don't get me wrong, this is super comfy, but if "support" is one of your must-have mattress features, look elsewhere.

This is an AMAZING mattress! This mattress exceeded all of our expectations and it’s VERY comfortable. The mattress was packed very well, comes with a pamphlet and a “letter” opener inside the box. The little letter opener helped greatly in opening the plastic wrapped around the mattress. There was two layers of heavy duty plastic wrapped around the rolled up mattress. Then the mattress was inside an airtight sealed plastic. So it’s definitely very protected. I followed instructions and opened one corner of the air tight plastic. As soon as I did, I can hear the air rushing inside and the mattress started to immediately expand in the bag. The bag is big enough to allow the mattress to fully expand. I thought that was very clever and handy. I let the mattress expand in another room for nearly 24 hours. The bag helped protect the mattress while it expanded on the floor and also while I moved it to the bedroom. The mattress is quite heavy, especially since it does have springs and it’s 14 inches thick. This is a heavy duty mattress! We removed the plastic using the letter opener and put the mattress onto the bed frame. We just stared at it for a moment and we were impressed with the quality. Two large flat handles on each side of the mattress for carrying the mattress. The stitching is top notch and love the edge support. We couldn’t wait to sleep on this mattress. So far we have slept on the mattress 4 nights in a row and it’s been nothing short of amazing sleep. We both absolutely love it. The most comfortable mattress we’ve ever had and we thought we had some good mattresses before. This mattress has a medium firm feel to it. It’s soft, but not too soft where you’re sinking into it. It has excellent body support. We have absolutely no back or body pain after a full nights rest. It’s easy to get out of the bed as well. It’s like the springs inside, as well as the edge support, helps lift us right out of the bed. It’s not a struggle pulling myself out of bed. We absolutely love this mattress and if we ever had to buy another mattress for any reason, we won’t hesitate to buy another one of these. With a 10 year warranty and the high quality, I can definitely see this lasting 10 years. If anything is to change with this mattress, I will definitely update this review. So far, it’s amazing. We HIGHLY recommend this mattress!!! VERY well made and HIGH quality!!
