Once it is out of the airless plastic and left to "inflate" as I call it, it comes to life and is a good mattress. I like the idea of the bed frame not needing a box spring so the height of the frame and mattress on top are perfect for me. I believe the mattress will help with sleep quality because of the springs being covered and the layers of foam on top of that do give comfort.
