Great value for your money. If your on the market for a new mattress, please do not pay an arm and a leg at the so call mattress discount stores. I placed the order a a day later it was delivered to my house. I would give this mattress 10 stars If I could.

This mattress is very soft and transfer every movement. I am trying to return it but UPS refused to take it because it was not in a box. No human can get a boxed mattress back in the box. I wrapped the mattress in plastic. That’s the best I can do. Will never buy a mattress in a box again. They might as well say no returns. Replaced it with a medium firm locally purchased mattress that we could lay on first. It is great. The one purchased on Amazon is no where near medium firm and now I am stuck with it. Do not buy! Update April 1, 2025. The item was picked up by Pilot on February 6. It disappeared and now Amazon is refusing to issue a refund . I have spent hours of frustration trying to deal with their poor customer service. Don’t buy any bulky items from Amazon because there return policy is complete crap.
