Easy ordering. Affordable price and good quality mattress. It was great to receive the mattress via deliver and super easy to unpack. I appreciate the included film cover to prevent any box cutter issues. The mattress unpacked easily. You’ll need two people to help prevent the wrapping from bursting as you get closer to the end. The mattress will begin expanding immediately as it is released from the wrapping. The queen is a perfect size for our spare room and was comfortable for two plus size adults. Pillowy soft top with a soft, yet supportive feel to it. None of the back sleepers sank into the mattress.

This is not soft in anyway shape or form. However, it is very comfortable. Definitely felt less aches and pains the first night. My wife prefers a softer mattress so she was disappointed until she laid on it and actually liked it even at 8 months pregnant. You don’t sink into it at all, very firm. No weird smell out of the box feels very sturdy and durable. I can’t believe how cheap it was honestly and setup was very easy.

This mattress was a steal!!! It was Soft, comfy & no strong odor when taking it out of the vacuum sealed package. The Sides/edges of this mattress are not firm it sinks down all the way to the box spring, but we saw in reviews that was mentioned, so it wasn’t a surprise to us when we sat on it our selves. Our daughter has had the best nights sleep on this bed she says since getting it. She upgraded from a twin to this full size and she it loving it. Highly recommend!

I purchased the 10 Inch Twin Mattress in a Box, Hybrid Cooling Gel Memory Foam & Pocketed Coils, expecting a comfortable and supportive sleep experience based on its promising features like cooling gel, motion isolation, and CertiPUR-US certification. Unfortunately, this mattress fell far short of expectations, and I’m disappointed with its performance. First, the “cooling” gel memory foam was anything but cooling. Despite being marketed as ideal for hot sleepers, I found myself waking up sweaty multiple nights in a row, even in a cool bedroom with the AC set to 65°F. The breathable cover and pocketed coils didn’t seem to help with temperature regulation at all, which was a major letdown since staying cool was a key reason for choosing this mattress. Second, the medium-firm feel was inconsistent. While it felt supportive at first, within a couple of weeks, I noticed uneven firmness across the surface. Certain areas felt softer, almost like they were sinking, which caused discomfort and disrupted my sleep. For a mattress touted for pressure relief, it did little to alleviate my back pain; in fact, I woke up with more stiffness than I did on my old mattress. The motion isolation, another highlighted feature, was underwhelming. While it’s a twin mattress and not typically shared, I could still feel the springs shifting slightly when I moved, which made the bed feel less stable than expected. The edge support was also poor—sitting on the side felt like I was going to slide off, as the mattress compressed significantly under my weight. Setup was another hassle. Although it’s a mattress-in-a-box, it took nearly 72 hours to fully expand, and there was a strong chemical odor that lingered for days, despite claims of CertiPUR-US certification ensuring low emissions. This off-gassing was unpleasant and made me question the materials used. Overall, this mattress didn’t deliver on its promises of cooling, consistent support, or pressure relief. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. I ended up replacing it with a different brand after just a month. Save your money and look elsewhere for a truly comfortable and reliable mattress.

I got the 12" queen. I ordered two of them and thankfully that wasn't a mistake. Happened to get this on sale at a good price, so that's a plus. I'd say it's probably worth the non sale price, however. This is a real bed and not just a cheap memory foam pad like I've seen before. Super comfy. I can not imagine how they got this rolled up in a box. This is legit. I would gladly buy another if I needed it. Roommate is also satisfied with their bed.
