I was skeptical at first of how firm it is but it is very comfortable and supportive.Soft and firm at the same time and always comfortable. I’m a side sleeper and it’s way better than my last mattress. With my old mattress, I usually wake up with a lower back pain, but it is now gone since i started sleeping in this mattress 3 weeks ago. It does look and feel like an expensive mattress. We love and honestly our sleep quality has improved so much. I find myself wanting to get to bed earlier than I ever have before in my life because it’s that good.

This mattress is amazing and a perfect blend of comfort and affordability. After a week of use, I would rate the comfort of the mattress on par with most of your available big box stores, I.e. Serta, Sealy, beauty rest, etc... For the price however, the mattress is a steal. It provides more than enough support without being too firm and I can sleep through the night without tossing and turning. The packaging is awesome and makes it super convenient for setting up a bed. Rather than lugging around a big mattress through the house, just take the compact packaged mattress to the room you’d like and open it and watch as it sets up to its full size. It sets up to its full size almost immediately. It can be stressful picking out a new mattress, but after giving this mattress a try I am so relieved to have a quality product without any hassle. 5 stars

This showed in a single box, heavy but easily moveable. Honestly wasn't expecting much from a mattress so cheaply priced. Once opened it inflated within around 3 minutes.
