This queen size 12 inch mattress has been a great addition to my bedroom. The plush and soft feel is noticeable right away, but what impressed me most is how supportive it remains throughout the night. I don’t feel like I’m sinking or stuck, which has been an issue with softer mattresses in the past. As a side sleeper, I feel well-cushioned at the shoulders and hips while my back stays aligned. Even though this mattress has internal support layers, there is no springs feel at all it feels smooth and quiet when you move. The mattress expanded fully and evenly and reached its full height quickly. The edges feel stable and strong, making it easy to use the entire sleeping surface. Motion isolation works very well, and movement is barely noticeable. It works perfectly without a box spring and sits securely on my bed frame. Zero communication from seller. It's not great or even good... The description says plush,.. nope it's still medium firm. Back support is better then firm but you'll still have a stiff back. Pushed into another room against a wall. Not recommended
