This mattress arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, with almost no smell and it expanded quickly. The fabric is soft, breathable, and feels very high-quality, and the stitching and overall construction are excellent. The firmness is just right—supportive without being too hard or too soft. My old mattress used to make me wake up with back pain and toss and turn at night, but this one has made a huge difference. I can sleep through the night comfortably, and movements don’t disturb my partner at all. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve also noticed it sleeps cool and breathable, even during warmer nights. Whoever thought a “bed in a box” could be this firm and comfortable?! You just unwrap, let it sit for 2 days and wow! I can’t believe it is more supportive than our $1,800 master bedroom mattress so we are going to switch out the master for this mattress we bought for the guest room. UNBELIEVABLE! We love it!
