We really enjoyed this mattress. Its soft and comfortable for the price. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery was horrible. I asked them to call me when they arrived so I could let them upstairs which they did not call at all. They left the mattress downstairs in front of my door where anyone can steal it because packages have been stolen many times before because of the same reason.

Came air sealed very tightly and also a mini razor to remove the plastic and tape coverings. Will have to allow 48-72 hours for the mattress to inflate all the way, but so far so good!

The Cardboard box had a hole it in when I received the package but I didnt think anything of it until I opened the box only to find there was a hole in the bottom of the mattress. Although upsetting at this point I do not want to hassle with sending it back.

Since switching to this king size mattress. I wake up every morning feeling energized and completely free of the back pain problem I used to have. I especially appreciate its excellent support, thanks to its well-designed spring system, which not only provides just the right amount of firmness, but also ensures that all parts of the body are evenly supported. A good night’s rest is especially important for those of us who have to work long hours on our feet. In addition, the mattress has firm edges, and even the edges don’t feel loose or saggy, which goes a long way in improving the quality of my sleep. All in all, this mattress performs well in terms of support and is highly recommended for those who need to improve their sleep quality.
