I prefer a medium or medium soft mattress. This is the perfect firmness with a little softness to it. Once you are in the bed it's amazing - it is not weak by any means, it is extremely comfortable. As I am a side sleeper, this mattress reduces point pressure on my joints and also allows my muscles and joints to rest during sleep as that is needed for my body. There is a layer of cool gel that helps keep the person sleeping on the mattress cooler than on a standard mattress. This twin mattress is definitely the best one I’ve tried.
