Great build quality compared to other options I've seen, the included marker is nice but might have some smell issues for some people. I'd recommend a different marker if you have one. Good enough storage inside for most things, no squeaking on the hinge, enough space for most notes, and a great viewing angle. Just do be aware that the glass surface means you can see some shadows a few mm lower as it's a transparent surface laying on a solid base. If you have very bright monitors further back it could leave some very visible shadows. I do wish there was a dark wood variant with the white top, as I would have gotten that, but the regular white on lighter wood is fine too.

This is what my desk has been in need of. Beautiful wooden box with glass lid and storage underneath. I'm always jotting down a note on a sticky and then can't find the sticky. This will also keep my pens on my desk and out of the paws of a nosey cat! This is very sturdy and the lid has weight and is not flimsy or light. Comes with small eraser and one marker. Wish it came with more markers but a winner regardless!

The interior supports are thick, which makes it durable, but also top heavy, so it is prone to flipping backwards if you are not careful when openning it. Otherwise very useful/handy height for sitting underneath your monitor and making notes for yourself for later. The white pen is a bit "chalky", and you may find you want to use a spray bottle of something (even just water) to get it off if it has dried (mostly to capture the white chalk dust on a paper towel, etc.), but it is still easy to clean. Overall I quite like the white writing on black effect in contrast to traditional white boards.

This is just what I expected when I ordered it. Most pens and markers fit well in the largest compartment. Post-it notes fit well in the 2nd largest compartment. The glass top looks great and erases nicely. It works as expected and saves me the hassle of using post-it notes for my ever-changing to-do list. I use a wet-erase marker to write so I don't accidentally wipe away my notes. This is perfect for my to-do list at the office, since I do not have space for anything larger.
