I purchased this Queen 12-inch Cooling Gel Hybrid Mattress for my granddaughter, and after a week of use, she absolutely loves it! The medium firm support is just right—not too hard, not too soft. She lives in a very warm climate and has mentioned several times how cool and comfortable she feels throughout the night, no complaints of overheating. The mattress was easy to unpack, and expanded to full size in no time. Overall, this mattress has exceeded our expectations without breaking the bank.

The mattress is good quality. Nice fabric. Handles sewn into the sides for carrying. It is on the firm side, but the pillow top adds enough softness to make it very comfortable. It arrived quickly (ahead of schedule by a couple of days) and in good shape. Packaging was minimal and it was easy to 'unwrap'. They even included a tool for cutting open the vacuum sealed plastic. We let it expand and air out for the recommended 72 hours. There were no bad smells during the expansion time. My wife and I both find it very comfortable and have had no issues with back or shoulder pains. Overall, we are very happy with our new mattress and would recommend it to anyone.

Mattress is way too flimsy....slides around very easily....started sagging on first night. Not comfortable. I allowed it over 72 hours to fluff up before using. Claims to have 100 night trial and I have given it less than a month. It isn't getting any better....worse and I am having a very difficult time in the return process....Amazon requires it to be in a box and it is hard to find a way to contact Huwesal support. I cannot recommend this mattress...if you are looking for comfort and stability, might want to give this one a pass.

Amazing mattress, a great night sleep, and at a great price. Great support, not too soft or too hard, right in the middle. The color is a great new change, if your kid spills a cup on it doesn’t look like a crime scene. Feels amazing right out of the box, no waiting for it to fluff up like an all foam mattress. Plus none of the long term sag of a 100% foam mattress. It was boxed and wrapped well, with a letter opener style knife so you can’t accidentally cut the mattress.

I took a bit of a chance on this mattress. I have long been on a Tempurpedic which had begun to severely sag on one side. We purchased my son a hybrid mattress a few years ago and he really likes it. So, we decided we'd try a hybrid for ourselves. The one we got is a queen and it is rated as medium firmness. I tend to prefer softer mattresses while my wife prefers firmer. This mattress is a compromise. I am about 235lbs and a side sleeper. I would say this mattress is barely too firm for my liking and barely too soft for my wife's liking so it's probably just right. The support is great and it has improved some lower back issues I was having on my old mattress. One of the things I was worried about moving from an all foam mattress to a hybrid is the movement transferred over to another person. On a foam mattress, that is almost non-existent. On a spring mattress, it is very noticeable. On a hybrid such as this one, it is noticeable but much less than I expected. I'm overall very pleased with that. Overall, I this has been a good purchase for us.
