I had a very bad experience with my King Koil Bed but when I contacted them, they went way out of their way to make me happy. They sent me a brand new bed in no time at all. I didn’t have to go the trouble of sending the old leaky one back either. They were super apologetic and after a year of replacement they called me to see how my bed is. I used it a few times since the trail ride and it was just fine. I used it for guests to sleep on. There were no complaints. I will be doing the same trail ride again at the end of the month. I am pretty sure that I won’t have the same problems as what I had last year. I would recommend King Koil for their super customer service. The beds are very very comfortable and if there is a problem contact them and they will most definitely take care of ur complaints pronto. I am thinking that the customer service is more important than the product. So if ur looking for a very comfy air bed that’s easy to climb in and out of, give them a try. I highly recommend King Koil. They treated me like roayalty. This had to be the worst purchase that I have ever made through Amazon. I am so disappointed. I replaced a queen size airbed to use in my tent when I went on my over night trail rides. My queen size was excellent but it took up too much room so I was delighted when this thing was delivered. I did everything that the instructions told me to do, I filled it, which was super slick. I left it up for a couple of days like they suggested so it could stretch. They said that it would go a bit soft, which it did. I did not lay on it at all, just left it and then deflated it and packed it away for my week long trail ride and camp out. I packed it in my vehicle and was super excited to get it out of the bag and filled it up while in my tent. I used an extension cord and my inverter. It filled beautifully. I put a foam pad and a huge and thick comforter under it because of previous experiences with airbeds in tents. The air in the bed gets extremely cold if you don't put it on top of something to insulate it against the cold ground. I put a queen size fitted sheet on it and then my feather down sleeping bag covering myself with a feather comforter. It was so comfortable, until the morning. It had gone very soft. No problem, the instructions said that this might happen. I accepted it. As the week wore on, this bed got worse and worse. I had to fill it twice, once in the day and then before I went to bed, it was still very very soft in the morning. I wasn't getting any sleep at all and I was extremely stiff from the way that it had me encapsulated. I felt like a sausage in a bun. The very last night and the 6th night of my ride, was just the worst. I hadn't been able to sleep on this horrid thing, it was getting worse and worse. I needed my sleep (riding horses for 8 hours a day). Just before I went to bed, I filled it AGAIN.. it was firm and very comfy. At 3 am, my feet were way up in the air and my head was on the ground. It had lost pretty much all of its air. I was in tears, I gathered up all of my blankets and went to my SUV to see if I could get some sleep. No good, it was totally against the reason I am in a tent. It was so uncomfortable, andI need to see and hear the horses through the night. Back to the tent I went, pushed the totally deflated KING KOIL MATTRESS to the side and slept on top of the foam and comforters. I finally got some sleep. I am so frustrated!!! I want my money back and I never want to see this thing again.. I did my research.. this was supposed to be just awesome.. well, its total junk and I am now going to contact the company.. If I could give it no stars, I would.. I am so tired.. and my vacation/trail ride was ruined ... show more

It's a great tall mattress!! The pillow type top, I'd get rid of. People who are tall want the textra two? Feet!! Orherwise you are sleeping sideways. It's not very comfortable for anyone. The " ribs" are hard! You kind of get stuck in between them. It might keep you from rolling over? Like for folks who SNORRRR all night. I like how it's high enough to just get right off!! You don't have to struggle getting off. That's a plus. I bought this air mattress years ago, like 8 or so. My son and his pregnant wife used it, then my daughter for a year!! Then my son for over a year( he thought it was firmly enough but hurt his back) needless to say you changed the design! The big indents make it almost impossible to get a good, even nights rest. Please I'm begging you go back to the one you had 10? Years ago. It last forever! Unfortunately my kids left it at my last apartment when i moved 8 years ago and it disappeared overnight🙄 This one had a hole in a small spot on top that can't be fixed with a patch.. Unfortunately my window was closed with my first one i bought when visiting my grandkids and i blame amazon Good luck!! It's wonderful for guest or grandkids if you put a topper on it. Oh, ps AMAZOM..if you want is to pack it up with the original box, your joking. After the 10th try to pack and repack. It went to ups with the box all messed up. I recently purchased the King Koil air mattress in October, and I must say the mattress is very comfortable providing a restful night's sleep. Not only does it inflate quickly and effortlessly, but the support it offers throughout the night is very good. However, what truly sets King Koil apart is their exceptional customer service. Recently, I encountered an issue with a slow leak in the mattress. Despite my best efforts to locate the leak, I couldn't find it. I reached out to King Koil's customer service for advice, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond. They reassured me that I wouldn't need to worry about finding the leak, and they would send me a replacement by priority after I provided them a picture of the old one and answered a few questions. Within just one day, the replacement mattress arrived at my doorstep, and I didn't even have to go through the hassle of returning the old one. This level of customer care and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable and speaks volumes about the integrity of the King Koil brand. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with both the quality of the air mattress and the outstanding customer service provided by King Koil. Sadly my bed had a slow leak. Read in a Review to reach out directly to them on phone and Email.. Email was prompt and we replied back and forth with pictures and info, they called me to get my New Bed Shipped with Priority Mail gave me a Tracking number.. got it in a couple days very fast. I didn't want my money back I just wanted another King Koil Air Bed.. I love how tall the 20 inch bed is.. the bumper top of it and the cloth like material on the sides to keep my blankets from sliding off on the floor.. I love the fast dual Fans for quick deflation.. big bag makes it easy to put up daily. Highly recommend this Company and bed.. also look forward to registering it for the 1 year Warranty as I now see how great the Customer Service is I know it won't have any problems in the future. ... show more
