Easy to inflate and deflate. Both took about 3-4 mins to complete. It held its air all night. Did not seem to loose any. The size was perfect, design was nice on the top part. Thick plastic seems very durable. Was comfortable to sleep on. I was worried because I have a back back but I woke up with no back pain in the morning. Was easy to fold up and put into the bag it comes with for storage. I would recommend and say this purchase was worth the value.

I was a bit reluctant to get this mattress - my thought is why get the pump built in - it's just one more thing that could go wrong. I typically have purchased basic camping air mattresses and used my hand held battery powered blower to inflate. But I was looking for something more comfortable and thought I would give this a try. I was really impressed with the how quick this inflates. The air retention was great - I didn't feel any loss of pressure through the night. For the first few uses there was a plastic/rubber smell - it may be a good idea to inflate it and let it rest in a well ventilated room if you re sensitive to that. While the smell was present it wasn't too bad in my opinion. The material itself feels very durable and strong. I found the comfort level to exceed my expectations. It does not feel like a traditional air mattress - I believe the internal design works well to create a more 'regular' mattress feel. My favorite feature was the pump not only inflates the mattress but it deflates it as well! This was an awesome surprise. I was staying with someone that has limited space so I needed to put it away each day. This was made super easy using the pump - I was able to deflate and store in the provided bag within 5 minutes. Set up is equally easy and fast. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought this in 2023 and it is just as fantastic now as when we purchased! It blows up automatically and so quickly! Goes down and folds up easily and fit well into the storage bag. It’s nice and high and very comfortable! So far it stays blown up all night long!! Highly recommend if you need an extra bed!!

I've bought this twice. The first one only lasted 3 months and then it was full of pinholes. But in it's defense, even on its last leg i never woke up on the floor. I tried patching it but i guess it had a leak i couldn't find because i was unable to fully repair it. It did its very very best to hold me up even when it was losing air like crazy. Which is why I purchased another one. I appreciate its efforts. And up until the pinholes it was the absolute best air mattress I've ever slept on. Easy and fast to inflate, SUPER comfortable, my lower back pain no longer exists. Loved it. I thought maybe I just got a dud because I couldn't think of anything that would cause it to suddenly acquire so many pinholes all at the same time. The new one arrived and I sent the old one off to air mattress heaven and set up the new one. I ordered the exact same size and color as before....but it's a bit smaller than the old one and when I blew it up the top wasn't as smooth. It looks wrinkled? Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one because it really is a comfortable air mattress.

July 21, 2019 OK, So, I am writing another review on top of my first review for this company and this bed because I can't figure out how to write a second review for the same product. (Or if it's possible to do so.). This company is one in a million! It's not a great time to be a consumer, in this world, however, the people at King Koil (Patrick) have proved me wrong and have gone far beyond what anyone would expect from an air mattress company!! They replaced my bed - TWICE!! If you have ever gone to Target or Walmart and bought an air mattress for yourself, please take note of how the manufacturer has shielded themselves from any returns, whatsoever! (One particular, well known, Canadian company comes to my mind - no problem for them to take your money and run!) It's very hard, for some reason, for air mattress companies to stand behind their product. King Koil however, makes it clear that your satisfaction, as a customer, is VERY important to them. Your review of their product and your "word of mouth" makes a difference to them. They feel confident about their product and if you are unsatisfied with it, in any way, they want to make it right with you. I'd have to search Amazon at long time to come across a review that tells the world that they would be foolish to purchase a similar product from any other company in the WORLD! BTW, this review should have been written a few months ago. I apologize for the delay (I've been a little busy). Thank you to King Koil for standing by your product and replacing my purchase twice. I appreciate your commitment to customer satisfaction, your speedy emails back to me (Patrick) and for making the replacement effortless. I'm very sorry for not getting this review up sooner as I don't want to diminish my appreciation. You guys are great and my mattress is unbelievable comfortable!! Thank you!!!!!! I cannot tell explain how happy I am with the customer service for this company. Before that though, let me mention that the bed is beautiful and I love the self inflate feature that allows you to just plug it in, turn a dial and it inflates immediately. No pulling out a separate item that has to be purchased, plugging it in, trying to reach the bed to blow it up, etc...... This is a no hassle inflating procedure. I had the bed about 9 months and it developed a slow leak. I figured I would need to purchase another but checked my receipt to see when I purchased it and noticed that it had a year long guarantee. I contacted the company, through Amazon and within 5 minutes I got an email back stating that my bed was under guarantee and they would send me a replacement. They wanted a picture of the "damage". After a couple days, I checked the bed and could not find where the leak was coming from. I wrote another email back to them and again - 5 minutes later received a reply stating "no problem, we will rush you a replacement.”- “No need to send back the damaged bed!” What a relief to not have to deal with repacking the damaged bed and mailing it back to them. Within 2 days - I received a replacement. What a breeze!!! This was top-notch customer service! After dealing with a competitor of King Koil’s a few years back, I cannot explain how impressed I was by King Koil's customer service and how quickly they stood by their product. A few years ago, after purchasing an air bed from a competitor, I noticed that mold had developed on the top of the mattress. I sent a picture to the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement. Several months later, I took the bed out to use and after blowing it up, I discovered that they had sent me a cheaper, low end bed that was substantially smaller than the one I had originally purchased. When I called and emailed the manufacturer, they told me that my bed was now no longer covered under the warranty so they wouldn't do anything about it. I told them that THEY made an error (I don't really think it was an error). They would not stand by their product or their mistake. I believe they shipped me an inferior product replacement because that is how they do business. They also make it clear, in writing, all over the box and on literature inside the box, that it will not be easy to return this product. I will never buy another product from that competitor's company and I make sure that I tell everyone I know not to buy from them. They are unprofessional, the quality is awful and the customer service is horrendous. I am so pleased with King Koil and the person that emailed me back several times to help me resolve my issue. More than once, Patrick wrote in his email that "we are here for you". Thank you, Patrick!!! It was a pleasure to work with you and I am very pleased with my purchase.
