At first I thought I was missing pieces which they were all ready to send out to me. THey asked that I review the assembly book at which time I realized I was looking at the wrong diagram. Everything was there. I delt with Jenna was great and returned emails or called me promptly. The product is excellent, I purchased it for the high peak it had as I live in a snowy area and previous garage in a boxes would sag as it would hold on to a foot of snow. I was able to assemble it myself in a few hours. Very Very happy with my experience with Customer server and the product itself. This company aims to please! Canvas is thick and water-repellent. Frame takes a little time to construct, but direction not difficult to follow along with pictures. Two of us assembled, and I would recommend not lifting the canopy onto side walls by yourself. The metal frame is substantial; once completed and tightened. Overall, the cover is sturdy. A few drawbacks to kit (IMHO): 1. Wing nuts are used vice standard nuts. I believe wingnuts are used to stop people from overtightening the fasteners, causing breakage and collapsing of tubing. The user should check the tightness of fasteners once in a while to verify they have not loosened up under use. 2. The directions for side wall bars location on wall and insertion into canvas needs more direction. The location is approximately 14" - 16" from the bottom of the sidewall. Knowing location helps get the main tarp close to finish location before the top frame is installed on side walls. 3. Hold down pins are marginal to hold cover in winter weather conditions. Pins look similar to oversize tent stakes with smooth shank. Windy weather causes a lot of lift on canopy and wiggle to loosen stake hold in soil. I ordered some nylon weight bags to place on sidewall feet in order to hold the cover in place. Even with drawbacks, the canopy is still a quality unit, has good overhead clearance and width for equipment/vehicle parking. Parts are labeled well to match directions; all components packaged well. I do not know how the canopy holds up over time yet; will update in time. Note: You receive multiple numbered boxes with the kit. Also, two of us picked up and move a short distance after assembled; don't move too far. ... show more

This huge 13x20 garage was a piece of cake to set up. My husband, son and I had it set up within 3 hours with almost zero issues. (The only one was our fault) When we ordered only 2 boxes came because Fed Ex screwed up but I contacted the seller and I had a response immediately! They were amazing at making sure fed ex got the rest of the boxes delivered within the next couple days! I would absolutely recommend this product. We have purchased a different “top” brand before and it didn’t go up nearly as easy and it was way smaller. ... show more

I had a little tear in cover . They sent a new one right away. And emailed me the whole time . I will buy frome them again. I also have a RV cover from them that is the best one that i have owned out of three others .

This is the best shelter that I have assembled. The wing nuts that come with the kit are a big joke! I substituted 1/4 20 bolts and nylon lock nuts. This is the only reason that I gave this a 4 star. The material is sturdy. Snow rolls off the top slope when 1/2 inch to 1 inch accumulates. I did not use the ends as I need to drive through with my tractor and mower. High winds (with proper anchoring) result in swaying and the air pressure dumps out the bottom flaps. This is the best design of all the other 8 shelters (of several brands) that I have experienced. This is a very good product, especially for the money. Once it’s set up I was/am very happy with the size and quality. The assembly instructions are adequate if you are a creative thinker. It could have been a lot easier. That said my biggest reason to not give it a 5 star is the lack of proper tie down design. The 12” spikes provided are frankly dangerous. Do not use them your structure will blow away like a kite as other reviews have said. I would have expected a few tie down these tiny stakes provided are kind of a joke. straps to hook ropes or straps to stakes… To over come that we bought 6”x6” railroad ties, screwed them together with timberlock screws(4” long) and made a “foundation out of them. Then we lag bolted the “feet” to the 6”x6” wood to lock it in. It’s better this way now and we don’t have to worry about wind. The tractor and atvs are nice and dry ... show more
