This purchase was way overdue. We had a great mattress we purchased from a little furniture store years ago and it was great for a long time, when it started to wear out, we switched it with our guest room mattress that is rarely used. It was supposed to be 12" so this was going to be a bit thicker. This is substantially thicker since our previous was so worn out. This was a breeze to set up, we just put it over our frame and opened it. It looked and felt fully inflated after a few hours but we gave it the full 12 recommended. It's been about a week now and we have both noticed we are sleeping better because movement of the other doesn't wake us up, we aren't sore because the support is so much better. We looked at mattresses firm before making our purchase but they wanted 2k minimum for anything we liked, but having tried those, this mattress is most comparable to the tempurpedic that we tried and that was over 3k. Under $500 for this matter is a steal. We really wanted a firm feel and this delivers. It sinks in the very top few inches but holds firm after. We use it on an adjustable base and it's a bit stuff, doesn't want to bend with the base well but works none the less. Our sheets fit it fine but we did also pick up some deep pocket fitted sheets. There's no noise when you move or even when we adjust the base. Overall I think it's a great value for the price and would absolutely buy again. Will update after we've used it longer.

Very pleased with mattress purchase. Only had the twin xl mattress for a few days. I've slept pretty good on it. I also bought a mattress cover for it. Its very comfortable. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and its pretty comfy. We will see how it holds up for the long run. It replaced a old queen which I downsized to save room. I would recommend this brand. Good quality. Great Value for the money. no smell. Was fully inflated within a few minutes for me at least.

Omg, omg, omg. I have been in possession of this mattress since 11am this morning, and it's 7pm now; FedEx delivered. My husband works 12, 16 hour intense nightshift "days", and I'm a mom of 3 kids, 2 who are special needs and have wild sleep patterns. I gave this mattress an hour to inflate and decided to just go for it. I have never written a review so quickly, ever. Between cancer treatment body pain and narrow sleeping windows of time, pressure points, headaches, menopause (I turned 39 this week), you name it, I am one darn damaged individual before we ever talk about my better half. We've dropped $1400 on mattresses, we've had automatic beds, it's been a whirlwind of beating ourselves up over the last 9 years. To the reviewer who said "buy the damn mattress", you are a saint! In four hours of sleeping in the last 24 hours, I am a completely different person. This is the holy grail of mattresses!!! THE mattress! No breathing issues, pressure points, locked up back muscle columns, no cramped neck, headache, I took no allergy meds, my knees aren't throbbing, nobody snored, my shoulders don't feel like I've been hoisting sand bags, same pillow and everything else. I'm in PA, the mattress came from SC in 2 days, and holy cow, I must have been a teenager the last time I felt this good. I know I'm typing a novel, but seriously I'm so cheery, joyful, bouncing around, the kids think I've lost it. I blamed the coffee. The mattress is incredible, beautiful, easy to manage, just perfect. The value, at a quarter of what we've spent previously on other mattresses, just to have me sleeping on the sofa regularly, geez, and tucking support pillows, buying crazy expensive pillows, and toppers, sooo many toppers... I feel like a different person, I'm moving like a different person. All the creams and supplements and OTC pain meds, geez louise it was the mattress! Okay, so I bought the 12 inch king size, medium, cooling mattress, in case there's no header to tell ya. There's support, there's squoosh. We've been using 14 inch height mattresses, so super wild the difference between 12 and 14, I felt like I was stepping into it, lol, but I researched the 2 sizes. We thought that mattered, nope! I feel asleep immediately and had no nightmares. I'm really wondering what the last one was pinching bc it can take me a full half hour to fall asleep and then one slammed car door outside our window an hour later and I'm awake again. The usual tossing and turning and the exhaustion of feeling more tired than when I went to bed, and then my joints are cracking and I'm one cranky mama! Absolutely, 100% buy the mattress!!! I'm going to find out very quickly over the weekend whether I may be able to just empty my medicine cabinet. That pays for the mattress itself! Don't even know what I've spent to fix my raccoon eyes, makeups, serums, strips. All the reviews, the searching, the comparing, being scared, terrified of failure again! I've never, ever "wanted" to go to bed like this. Been excited to go to bed. This is really something. I know you all probably are thinking I need decalf and an antipsychotic, but seriously. You found it; Waldo, the needle in a haystack, this is the ONE! You're awesome, you work your butt off, you need a place to turn off and turn on again. This is it, your hard reset and comfort; the keystone. Go you! You earned it! Life does and will get better!

We have had this mattress 3 weeks. It came vacuum packed in a box and never really “inflated” to the full advertised height. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The mattress is VERY FIRM at first. Over a period of about 2 weeks, the almost rock hard matress started to sag. It is sagging in such a short length of time, I can not imagine what it will be like in 3 months. We are not heavy people. I weigh 145#! So after a couple more days of this I decided to go back to the customer reviews. Unfortunately there are SEVERAL reviews posting the same issues. I deeply regret not reading these prior to purchase. Not wanting to be stuck with a defective or degrading mattress, I put in a return request. The return slip states to put the mattress in a box. This is physically impossible. I messaged the company and they said their mattresses are NOT RETURNABLE, despite advertising on this item that refunds/returns are accepted within 30 days. They have sent me messages first offering 30% off, then 50%. I don’t want a percent off. I have already ordered another mattress to replace this one. Horrible experience with POOR customer service and a cheaply made product. You do get what you pay for. I have bought 4 or 5 Lucid mattresses from Amazon and even an Amazon essentials mattress, all of which were FAR superior to this one. Dishonest company with poor business practices.
